If you park in the park, it's a bit of a walk. There is a street on the other side of the bridge. It is much closer!

Wonderful park, plus a great place to walk your dogs!

Not even mentioning the covered bridge, since that's a different landmark on here - the park itself is huge and expansive, tons of space, some amazing trees, a great river, and when we were there, a very nice display of flags for Memorial Day. A genuinely huge park space, and a huge fun-looking castle-themed playground for kids, too.

Didn't get to spend much time there. Just stopped for a quick picnic lunch on our way through. Park was very clean and well kept

Grew up around the park and it was great, after returning 15 years later it's just blah. They've cut down so many trees along the river that it lost its nature feeling, now you can see clear across into people's back yards and it just feels generic.

Beautiful to walk and the bridge is neat!

Neat place to get out and walk around. Nice park on a creek side. Located next to a little downtown area and a park with a disc golf course.

I grew up playing at Kids Kingdom and now I take my children here to play. It definitely has preserved well over the years. Nice near by walking/running/biking trails. Close to the local swimming pool. Kids Kingdom features 10,000 square feet of playground fun for kids to enjoy! This unique wooden castle was designed by local school children. Built in 1997 over 1,000 local volunteers built Kids Kingdom. All of the volunteers names are carved into the wooden fence planks surrounding the park.
