I was nervous about living in a trailer park at first, but after 3 years, I have to say that it was really good experience. It's clean, and I met a lot of really good kind people throughout the entire park. I never had any significant concerns of safety. I attribute a lot of my experience to the manager, Melanie. She works hard to do an awesome job at making it a good place for everyone. Just keep your property clean and maintained and be courteous, and I never had a single issue pop up. A huge thank you to Melanie and my wonderful neighbors! Plus, being close to the cemetery allowed for some peaceful walks during the warm months.

The 2 office ladies are so nice and so wonderful! It's kept clean. The amenities are wonderful to have. Great rv park!!!

We have stayed here several times & always get great costumer service. It is a fairly quiet park & very clean. Showers are wonderful. Easy in & out. Great location.

A unique place to stay! Part of the location is dedicated to RVs but mostly it is a mobile home park. However, that’s no a bad thing. The sites were well maintained though but oddly set up in that the pads accommodate two units one behind the other. Not sure how that works but we had not problem pulling in and setting up. It is located for easy access to the highway and to town. Melissa and Wolfe, in the front office were friendly and helpful. The laundry is large and clean. Just remember that this this a park not a resort. No pool, etc.

We love Cowboy Mobile Home Park! People are great and the Park is very well kept. From all the mobile home parks we've seen around here we think Cowboy is the best!

We spent 1 week at this 37 site Cowboy RV Park in Pocatello Idaho at $244 per week. Our assigned site was a back-in (against the outer fence) however, there are many pull-through sites. Each site has FHU with a pretty good Wi-Fi signal. The property and surrounding buildings were immaculately well kept. The laundry is $1.25 to wash or dry. The bath-house/showers have been updated and very nice. Electric, water and sewer all performed as needed. Satellite dish owners may have an issue depending on site assignment. I received over 25 OTA TV channels. The staff was very friendly. Lots of city noises (loud cars and motorcycles) and train noises (switching yard is less than 1 mile away) if that is a concern. It does get very quiet at night. This park is easy to navigate and big rig friendly. However, each site is only 25 feet wide. This includes a 10 foot concrete patio. Parking spaces for a toad was difficult for many of the back-in sites. In our short time here, many dog owners failed to use a leash. We were 1.5 miles from Idaho State University. This park does require a back ground check for monthly residents. I was told any felony and many misdemeanors will disqualify an applicant. Daily or weekly stays not applicable.

Stopped here for one night. Site was tight and not real level. (We have a 17 ft. pull behind travel trailer.) Used laundry. Showers clean, water pressure good. Recommend.

This park was very well situated for easy on and off highway access. The staff was nice. Close to community events. Clean bathrooms clean is bathrooms clean laundry room.. Would come here again
