Spanning across a peaceful landscape, this resort balances the rugged charm of a ranch with modern comforts. It is known for its spacious layout and welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for those seeking a full-service RV resort rather than a basic overnight stop. Whether you are passing through or staying for a week, the park provides a relaxing environment designed to feel like a true destination.

Location & Surroundings

Situated just off Highway 287 in Wichita Falls, the park provides easy access for those traveling between Dallas and Amarillo. • Two refreshing swimming pools
  • A professional 18-hole mini-golf course
  • A serene catch-and-release fishing pond
  • Basketball and tetherball courts for active recreation

The on-site lodge and event center often host large gatherings and weddings, adding to the lively community atmosphere that many visitors appreciate.

While staying at the ranch, visitors can explore the nearby Lucy Park, which features scenic walking trails and the famous man-made falls. For nature enthusiasts, Lake Arrowhead State Park is a short drive away, offering excellent fishing and birdwatching opportunities. The River Bend Nature Center provides an educational look at local flora and fauna, and the Museum of North Texas History is perfect for those interested in the unique heritage of the region.
