This park has the best service hands down! They assist with backing up (even if you think you donât need it, itâs helpful). They take you trash for you. They have amazing dog parks! Almost all the spots have grass behind them, which is great for dogs! This park is very clean and they have premium size spots with both 30 and 50 amps! We only stayed 2 days but it was a great time!

What a great RV park. Friendly staff and a great location with good amenities. Bathrooms clean and laundry reasonably priced. I heard coyotes howling a few times too so it really is a âcoyote valleyâ. Will definitely stay here again.

Best park weâve stayed at- the grounds are very nice. Everything is so clean. Lots of trees and bushes. And the spots are big. Great rec room, including a kitchen for guestsâ use. The staff is friendly and helpful. And very reasonable rates. And my favorite part was being right next to a wonderful biking and walking trail in a gorgeous valley. The view of the hills was nice as were the sunsets.

We are permanent RVers as my wife is a traveling Nurse. We visit many RV Parks. We stayed at Coyote Valley RV Resort from January 2024 to October 2024. Coyote Valley was the best RV Resort we have stayed in. It was clean, well managed and had all the amenities we needed - laundry, propane, pools, clubhouses, clean modern facilities, security, bike storage, and they even grab your garbage from your site. Everybody was very helpful. When we arrived in the evening one of their staff even met us on arrival and expertly guided us into our ample sized space. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a clean and well managed RV resort to stay at Coyote Valley.

BEWARE, Do NOT stay here before reading other reviews. This place was as good as a school cafeteria Lunch. when I got there, a woman named Angie seemed very nice, she gave us a list of the rules and the second one said something like âif you would like for one of our state of the art Bell Boys to come and park your rig, than feel free to ask us, but know its 100% your choiceâ. So me and my Wife go ahead and park our rig, only for some old man in a beat up golf cart to come zooming around the corner at a whopping 3 Miles per hour with a very stern look on his face, he then pulls up to our rig and yells at us because we didnât let him park us and how we also Allegedly went over the 5 miles per hour speed limit. This made my wife incredibly sad because in made her feel like she was useless because she wasnât a man so she couldnât help park. After that, we headed off to San Fran for a fun day at the pier, but about an hour into the hour and a half drive to San Francisco, Angie, the same girl who checked us in, called me and my wife, who was still a little shaken from the guy in the golf cart, and started harassing us because we didnât let the man park us. She then continued to call us crazy and as we started to reply to that. She abruptly hung up. We called her back and asked her why she Hung up, and her reply was âWell I said everything that I needed to sayâ and then hung up again. Later after our time at the pier, we got a call back from coyote valley from a different women named âEmilyâ. Luckily Emily was much nicer and explained that Angie was simply having a rough day, whether I buy that or not, Emily was MUCH nicer than Angie. Emily then went on to apologize and ask if we would still like to stay there and said that if we didnât she would totally of gotten why. After that we did stay there the rest of our trip, and nobody dared to bother us. So yeah, moral of the story, if youâre gonna stay here, donât screw up the rules or youâre in for a hoot of a time.

Pretty nice layout inmost of park. Access to great trail, pool, spa,all nice. Green spaces for dogs, nice. Many broken washers. Addresses ,space numbers hard to see, lost pizza delivery, fire engine and family visitors because spaces are not numbered clearly.

This place is awesome! 1st I want to thank Tiffany, she spoke with me on the phone and helped me with my reservation. She went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. Thank you Tiffany. When we arrived at the resort we were greeted by Jeff and he took us to our spot. Not only did he show us where to go, but he basically backed us into our site! He gave my husband step by step directions and we fit in like a dream. We know how to back in, but Jeff seems to be an expert. Thanks Jeff. So far I am very impressed with the customer service at this park

Wonderful place. Quiet. Strict rules to stay but thats way this place is great. Surrounded by wildlife with hiking and biking trails. Beautiful state of the art golf course a walk away. Clean and professional. You won't regret staying here. đ

Would give this place 5 stars if the owner werenât so unpleasant. Damon, Jefferson, Angie and Emily were all incredible. Way more accommodating than they needed to be. I left for a month for work and they put me right back in my original spot when I came back. Nicest park I have ever stayed at, hands down. Pads are concrete and level, everything is clean, north side of the park is basically brand new. never had any problems with other guests. A lot of ridiculous rules and policies by the owner donât give you a welcome feeling and her condescending attitude finally made me leave. (I personally donât have any kids but have heard multiple ugly stories from friends at the park about being harassed about their kids by management. Glad I didnât have to encounter that.) Seriously, the most unpleasant person I have ever met and if you stay here, avoid her at all costs.

We love this place. Super clean, nice paved slots big enough for the largest RVs. Close enough to town so if you forgot anything or are hungry there are multiple places to choose from. Inexpensive, nice grounds, not too close to your neighbors, multiple pools, laundry facilities, dog parks, they pick up your garbage for you from in front of your RV & you can leave your propane tanks out to be refilled and brought back to you. Super fun at Christmas. I have never seen a reindeer bigger than a RV but here it is!
