This park has the best service hands down! They assist with backing up (even if you think you don’t need it, it’s helpful). They take you trash for you. They have amazing dog parks! Almost all the spots have grass behind them, which is great for dogs! This park is very clean and they have premium size spots with both 30 and 50 amps! We only stayed 2 days but it was a great time!

What a great RV park. Friendly staff and a great location with good amenities. Bathrooms clean and laundry reasonably priced. I heard coyotes howling a few times too so it really is a “coyote valley”. Will definitely stay here again.

Best park we’ve stayed at- the grounds are very nice. Everything is so clean. Lots of trees and bushes. And the spots are big. Great rec room, including a kitchen for guests’ use. The staff is friendly and helpful. And very reasonable rates. And my favorite part was being right next to a wonderful biking and walking trail in a gorgeous valley. The view of the hills was nice as were the sunsets.

We are permanent RVers as my wife is a traveling Nurse. We visit many RV Parks. We stayed at Coyote Valley RV Resort from January 2024 to October 2024. Coyote Valley was the best RV Resort we have stayed in. It was clean, well managed and had all the amenities we needed - laundry, propane, pools, clubhouses, clean modern facilities, security, bike storage, and they even grab your garbage from your site. Everybody was very helpful. When we arrived in the evening one of their staff even met us on arrival and expertly guided us into our ample sized space. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a clean and well managed RV resort to stay at Coyote Valley.

BEWARE, Do NOT stay here before reading other reviews. This place was as good as a school cafeteria Lunch. when I got there, a woman named Angie seemed very nice, she gave us a list of the rules and the second one said something like “if you would like for one of our state of the art Bell Boys to come and park your rig, than feel free to ask us, but know its 100% your choice”. So me and my Wife go ahead and park our rig, only for some old man in a beat up golf cart to come zooming around the corner at a whopping 3 Miles per hour with a very stern look on his face, he then pulls up to our rig and yells at us because we didn’t let him park us and how we also Allegedly went over the 5 miles per hour speed limit. This made my wife incredibly sad because in made her feel like she was useless because she wasn’t a man so she couldn’t help park. After that, we headed off to San Fran for a fun day at the pier, but about an hour into the hour and a half drive to San Francisco, Angie, the same girl who checked us in, called me and my wife, who was still a little shaken from the guy in the golf cart, and started harassing us because we didn’t let the man park us. She then continued to call us crazy and as we started to reply to that. She abruptly hung up. We called her back and asked her why she Hung up, and her reply was “Well I said everything that I needed to say” and then hung up again. Later after our time at the pier, we got a call back from coyote valley from a different women named “Emily”. Luckily Emily was much nicer and explained that Angie was simply having a rough day, whether I buy that or not, Emily was MUCH nicer than Angie. Emily then went on to apologize and ask if we would still like to stay there and said that if we didn’t she would totally of gotten why. After that we did stay there the rest of our trip, and nobody dared to bother us. So yeah, moral of the story, if you’re gonna stay here, don’t screw up the rules or you’re in for a hoot of a time.
