Couldn't ask for a better site. Been there twice now. Will go again. However, it seems that a few of those who bring there dogs, have no respect for their neighbors when it comes to the barking. Even after having a great conversation with both manager and owner, the issue was not resolved. Disappointed and concerned that this is an accepted trend as this was the second camping trip with this issue.

Kids caught so many fish and had so much fun. Can't wait to come back for a longer weekend. We rented a golf cart for 1 day which we really didn't need to do but the wife and kids loved being able to just drive right up to the general store and get ice cream or more worms or back to the camp site to get any items we wanted quickly. Overall one of the best campsites I've stayed in the short time I've had my rv.

This is a nice and well kept campground. We absolutely loved our campsite. However, the vibe wasn't quite for us (not that it was bad, just not for us). It was a very quiet campground. Not many golf carts out, no one listening to music and seemed as though alot of camping guest stayed inside their camper alot. It was a holiday weekend and there wasnt many planned activities for guests. We will likely be back to give it another try at some point since it is a nice campground. I do recommend giving this campground a try.

Discriminatory practices against who they allow to be long term/monthly. They will provide a monthly rate, then ask if you are a nurse or construction worker. Then tell you, "oh, we can't allow anyone who doesn't fit that criteria". Zero stars for customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Cozy Acres. I have a 21ft pull behind RV and needed a place to stay at the last minute. Cozy Acres was able to get me into a campsite the same day I called. They allowed me to have my dogs on site without breed restrictions. The staff was extremely welcoming and informative during my stay. They even gave me some great advice since I was a first time RV owner. They also do RV storage which I ended up using. The property is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. There is a good walking trail that I was able to utilize for my dogs. The location is perfectly out out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city. I didn’t even realize I was only 30 minutes away from a large shopping center. It’s perfect for a quiet escape on the weekends. I will definitely be staying there again next season.

Went for the average site. Very noise with dogs and people. No wifi or tv at sites . Very over rated . Moved to a quieter area at extra $$.

Have left messages the last two years to book a site. No one ever returned my calls. They are greedy as well. Spent some time there one early November when the campground had only a few occupants. I just wanted a standard site, but the owner's wife asked if I wanted to upgrade for 'just x dollars more a night.' A lot of business owners are greedy. I let it go and have camped there a few other times since the campground isn't too far from where I live. Not anymore since they can't even return my phone calls. KOAs are just as nice and cheaper.

Very nice. Quiet, clean, friendly staff and excellent prices. I enjoy the ponds and watching the cows.
