Very quiet place and easy to get to from Hwy 13 but definitely different. I would stay here again because of those two things but. . . .The office “open” sign is always on yet over several days we only once caught someone there. I made a reservation so was kind of surprised to get there and see the sign directing me to pull in and find spot. What if several had pulled in before me? I don’t think the park was completely full but it was pretty full. I would have really been unhappy if I had pulled in and not found a spot that I thought I reserved. The other really unusual thing is that there wasn’t a park map that I could take with me so we would have been driving a big rig around the park, not know what direction or roads to take. Fortunately someone called me back before we pulled into the park. But my spam detector for some reason blocked their call. I saw it was a local area code and called it and they gave me instructions to find a long tree free site. The other situation that was almost tragic was that the gate to the park closes at night and you have to have a key card to get it. Our 2nd night there we came back after a football game and were stuck outside the fence for a bit behind another car in the same situation. Despite the late hour I called the number that had called me the day we checked in. Thank goodness while I was leaving a message a vehicle drove out of the park so the gate opened and the other car and us were able to pull in. Whew, what a close call.

I would love to give this campground a 5 start rating. Here's the problem. My wife and I stayed there 2 years ago. We loved it. Since then, we have tried several times to book a weekend here. Multiple phone calls to them, no answer, leave a message, no call back. How do you get a chance to camp here?

Dog owners--Cozy Corners has a "banned breeds" policy that is not listed on their website or were we asked about pets when making our reservation by phone. Make sure to ask for a gate pass card as they do not automatically give them out.

Rude with a better than you attitude. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their add said pull in find a spot and relax we will come to you and we did. They came and acted like we were trespassing they were rude and they wanted to know how we didn't know that space wasn't taken so we told them we just did as the add said and they told us they needed to change that and said we needed to go to a place more suited to our kind. I wouldn't go back if I was paid to. Sparrow Foot campground nextdoor to them was great very friendly, inviting, and a lot nicer all around place to go.

I like where it's at, because I like it being off the main highway. The lots are way too close together for me to be comfortable going there though. I met a lady that lived there and she was very very friendly and I met a couple on my way out and they were very friendly and they really like where they live. There's a couple of different laundry houses and some sort of a convenience store up at the front. It has a locked gate which I really appreciate for safety purposes. It has a playground and a pool which are definite pluses. I just don't like the fact that the lots are too close together.

We have been here 2 years now. Such a great little community, super friendly people, and very helpful ownership. My kids love going to the pool/playing at the playground. The perfect location for a nice weekend getaway.

Stayed in pull through fhu spot 55 for a week. Right next to the bathhouse. Nice level concrete slab with picnic table.  Though most spots in there are gravel.  Also it may not always be pull through either as I believe if they fill up the spots are back to back. Either way, it's a quiet beautiful park. Excellent wifi. Clean secure bathrooms. Hot showers. Nice laundry facility.  The pool wasn't open yet but being worked on to get ready for the holiday. Nice playground. Also a fishing pond in front as well as a fish cleaning station. Even have cabins to stay in. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets most every night. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 1st time here and we just loved it! The staff was very courteous and kind. Loved the spot we were put in. Loved that they delivered firewood. Can't wait to come back next year. Even thinking of leasing a space year round.

Showed up late on a Monday.... Didn't know they were closed Sunday and Monday...... Owner GRACIOUSLY took us to a wonderful pull through lot...... Phenomenal customer service.
