I have been at this park for two-and-a-half years. The positive reviews were accurate maybe two years ago, but this park has steadily gone downhill and rapidly so. For quite some time now this park has been a miserable experience and unlivable at best. The park has lots of screaming children running wild and unattended at all hours. There isn't a place anywhere in the park where you can escape the sound of screaming and yelling children. Additionally, there are dozens of transient construction workers staying in the park and they seem intent on being obnoxious, drinking alcohol and partying until midnight or later. Moreover, since their arrival people have reported things being stolen from their sites. Management has been notified of these and other issues, but they've done absolutely nothing to reconcile any of our concerns. The park misleads people as well in their advertising. First of all, there is no internet availability at all, so if you want or need internet, you'll have to bring your own. Secondly, they say they have a pool. Ha, that's like calling a puddle a lake. I'd be ashamed to call that a pool if I were them. Bottom line ... there is nothing attractive whatsoever about this park. In fact, it looks somewhat trashy. It's only appeal two-and-a-half years ago was that it was peaceful and quiet. Well, it hasn't been peaceful or quiet in a very long time. Many of the campers have left, as I have, or are in the process of making arrangements to leave. Still management does nothing to resolve these ongoing issues. I will never stay here again as many of my friends who've left will never return either. If you enjoy screaming, unattended children running wild ... if you like obnoxious drunks disturbing what little quiet there was ... if you like things coming-up missing, then Craig's is perfect for you. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend anyone considering this park to seek services elsewhere.

We stayed for a couple months this winter. The park is well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a great rec room where they play bingo, have dances and karaoke, and a weekly church service. They host a bluegrass band once a month in the field. There's a walking/biking trail and the park itself is very walkable. The only drawback was the Internet service. We had to buy a mobile hotspot from Verizon upon arrival and the network is constantly saturated.

We keep coming back for the bluegrass concerts. We drive over from Sebring. Food at the concession stand is great!

Everyone has their own visions of what an RV park should be. This is not mine but it could be yours. There is NO WIFI in the park you must provide your own. It is just off the highway so that can be a good thing-

My parents have been visiting this park for many years, and it's consistently a great experience. The owners are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the park itself is always clean. There are plenty of activities available—bingo, food trucks, a laundromat, and more. However, I must address a significant concern regarding a recent addition to the team, Miranda. Her approach can be quite off-putting. Instead of treating long-time residents who consistently pay their bills with respect, she tends to talk down to them. My own interactions with her, particularly over the phone while trying to embark on my retirement journey, have been frustrating. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it reflects poorly on the management. Vicky needs to recognize how Miranda's attitude affects both residents and potential newcomers. Good customer service is essential, and we cannot afford to lose dedicated individuals who have been part of this community for years while pushing away newcomers. If you find yourself in the office and Miranda is there, I highly recommend returning at a later time when Christy, Kathie, or Jessica are available—they genuinely treat you like family. While it's reassuring that Miranda isn't always behind the counter, her tendency to exert unnecessary power in her communications with residents is concerning. It is crucial for Vicky to take action before the residents start leaving due to this negative atmosphere. It’s vital for the park’s community and future that we maintain a welcoming and respectful environment. Rumor around the park they (Miranda and her husband) are miserable here and going back to SC. Hopefully sooner than later.
