Let me start this off with I completely understand this was the last open weekend for this campground but that does not excuse the issues we have ran into. We have a pull through site in the front lot area. We have consistently had cars FLYING by our site coming from the cabin area above our lot and headed to the exit or coming the entrance and headed up to the cabin area. I’m not joking at least 30 mph like it was the main road. I brought this concern up the lady at the office and got nothing bad attitude from this lady about what’s my proof and to my knowledge did absolutely nothing about the situation. We have two very young kids and that is very unacceptable and awful customer service. Later I decided we wanted to have a fire so I went to purchase two bundles of firewood, not only was I disgusted to find out one bundle of literally kindling instead of decent chunks of split wood. Also their computers weren’t working for checkout and this same lady was giving her coworker a very hard time because he couldn’t. Figure it out. Not very impressed at all with our first experience at this campground and likely won’t return due to it. The facility was definitely nice and playgrounds were apart nice but when you pay as much as these parks charge your least you good get is quality service and not get treated in that manner

Our family looks forward to Halloween Weekend at Jellystone Cranberry Acres every October, and it never disappoints. The golf cart decorating contest and parade, the site decorating contest, trick-or-treating, and the helicopter candy drop are always a hit. The staff keeps things fun, organized, and welcoming, and it’s become a tradition we all look forward to every year. Highly recommend for families wanting a memorable Halloween experience.

My granddaughters had a wonderful weekend. It was so fun and special. The helicopter was incredible and they made memories they will never forget. So so fun. Hope to join you again next year. Staff, grounds, programs all were perfect.

A great place with lots to do for the kids. Great water features. Had it's own cute looking ice cream stand. Lost a star bc our site was not leveled & the potable water at our site remained yellowish-brown even after buying and installing filter & thing that attaches to filter for longer life. Also felt like sites were on top of each other. Quiet hours began later that other Jellystone, 11pm which is a plus but all activities & stores closed between 7-8pm so nothing to do besides stay at our site. Lastly, they charged for stuff like using a kayak which was free at last Jellystone stop. (Went to 3 different Jellystones in difft states in 1 month for Summer Vacation).

Great campsite. We stayed in one of the Boo Boo Bungalows as we don't have a camper. The site was great. We had a lot of offline fun. The camp had a very 80's vibe, in that the kids were all out having the kind of free range fun that doesn't seem to happen much these days. I do wish I had thought to bring the kids bikes, but will do that next time. There are tons of activities for the kids. I had kids ranging from 2 to 14 and everyone had a good time.
