I loved it. Modern bath houses with clean showers. I know I have a shower and toilet in my camper, but if I don’t have to use it, I will use the bathhouse. Very clean and we caught some fish. Really nice spot.

Nice park and looking over the camping areas and cabins would like to come back in the spring. Did a bit of fishing, but the wind sure limited the day. Hiked a bit, and that made up for it. Bigger than I thought and will be back to explore more at a later date.

Great little spot for a laid back weekend fishing getaway. We stayed in the Lakeview cabin in mid August, which was clean, comfortable, and had great views of the water. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and AC. A shower house is close by too. The campground hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a little dock right out in front of the cabin that was great for fishing. We intended to tie up our little fishing boat there overnight, but the water was down enough that it was not possible. The fishing was great! We caught a ton of bass, a few huge catfish, and one fat 9" bluegill. I would highly recomend this place. I would also recomend making the trip in to Ida Grove to see all the castle architecture and for a visit to Old Town Winery. The owner was so friendly and the wine was great!
