Don’t really Recommend it here because of the “Maintenance dude” would come and knock on your door at 7 pm (there is more videos just don’t feel like looking). just to hand you a noticed and some other bs that doesn’t make any sense to me.. Just don’t understand why they can’t tape it on your windows. I’m one of a contractor at apartment complex. I know the rules very well with tenants. He’s just more worst then a mall cop. There is other spots to park your rv so you ain’t being harassed my the maintenance man.

Do NOT recommend whatsoever the “grounds man” is a complete creep, looks in people’s windows, follow woman up to the shower house and JOBS not to mention my children also saw him peeking in the windows of my home!!!!! the harassment I endured the two or three weeks I was here was awful don’t even bother trying to reach a member of management OR THE OWNER it’s almost impossible to do so. They have zero lights outside anywhere so when I did put my own light outside at my door the “grounds man” came to my home and told me it wasn’t allowed I can only wonder why after what I endured here. I have never had anyone bother me like this anywhere I have lived but here he seems to prey on woman especially when husbands aren’t around. He would look for many lies to have people kicked off the property and did in FACT make that happen for several people. I have many witnesses to ALL of this that happened to me so if one of the owners does see this review this is what I ENDURED ON THIS PROPERTY OF YOURS!!!!!!

Convenient! Good Sam's. Kinda at this time of season, you're on your own. We paid over the phone, first spot we pulled into - the 50 amp breaker frozen couldn't flip it on. Mostly full time residents, quiet, no cable, water good, sewer, fairly level spots for over night. Rate $45.

We pulled in and stayed 1 night on our way back to FL from TX. I do appreciate that I can book the stay directly online with no issues, though I didn't see an option to enter our Good Sam info, even though I was logged into their site to book. Spot is close to 1-10, easy to navigate around the park with lots of room up front for turn around if needed. It's all gravel, so some spots are bumpy, it's peaceful and dark, which we like. We were in spot 1, so that made it easy to pull in late. Park is very pretty, with very mature trees everywhere. Our dogs appreciated the large grassy area near the front to get a big walk in before we headed out in the morning. Bathrooms are big and clean. Only suggestion would be to put some lights on the park sign so it's more visible at night. We drove right past it, went down to the CVS and had to turn around. (If you pass the vet clinic you went to far.) Will definitely stop again next time we're heading back to TX.

We only stayed here a few days. While we were here, we enjoyed the pool and used the laundry facilities. Everything was very clean and nice. They also had the bathroom and showers open. Would highly recommend..
