We are seasoned RV Travelers. We have camped all over north America for years. There is a militante HOA vibe to this place that's immediately uncomfortable. After interviewing the front desk staff for 30 minutes or more about a wide range of topics, we wisely chose not to stay. I would not recommend this place.

ALL the Stars in the sky ⭐️ is our rating for this beautiful facility and customer service and care~ we called in a whim for a few day stay.. in a matter of minutes my husband said ‘let’s stay for 9 weeks’~ HECK YES!!! Everyone, the staff, the guests, the daily strangers that became friends and traveling family ❤️ a huge shout out to all the ones that rise above to make an opportunity for us this season and for our future… We are owner:operators of a campground in Wisconsin Dells.. we are not blowing any smoke~ hands down ~ must experience 🥳

Grounds are ok. No shade. Grass is weeds. Lot size is decent. No amenities/ activities. There must be rodents of some type as the lawn has holes in it every morning. Walking path is impassable. Highway noise is louder than airport noise. Bath house is nice. Price was reasonable, but I see these are going up significantly in 2025-2026. We will look elsewhere next year. You get a gate code, but the exit gate was up our entire stay which made me question security.

Just got home after spending 3 months at Creekside. I will say that the place is very well maintained with the only exception being the pool and hot tub (not very consistent with temp and cleaning). The community itself was very friendly and inclusive. Having so many people in one place, you are bound to have some folks who just don't get along but for the most part very nice crowd. There were a lot of activities to take part in, but mostly organized by the guests. Management might want to think about hiring an activities person. Guests pay a good amount of money to stay here and it would be great if they didn't have to organize everything. It also seems that the onsite management is kind of a revolving door which can make for an inconsistent message year to year. Hope the owners recognize this and figure that out. It will only make people want to keep coming back. My over all impression was positive, but it can always get better.

This is not your everyday resort! We enjoyed the spacious site as well as the amenities- from a beautiful clubhouse and pool to the plethora of activities. The well-kept and safe grounds lent to making friends and enjoying our two months there. The staff was extraordinary and all questions or needs were addressed and communicated efficiently. Thank you for making this our home away from home.

On July 18th, we reserved a site at Creekside RV resort. The Thursday before we were scheduled to be there, I emailed them to see about checking in late for Sunday, October 3rd. We were traveling from Tallahassee, FL. They sent me an email back stating, “We do not receive guest after 1 PM on Saturdays or Sundays. Please be here to check in before 1 PM.” I contacted them the next morning to see about making late check-in arrangements since we were 5 hours away from the campground and they said that the only hours we could check in was from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM because they were a gated community. We have been camping/traveling for 16+ years and have stayed in many gated communities and have never heard of any such thing. To make matters worse, after explaining our situation about traveling, they wanted to keep a $25.00 administration fee. My confirmation email stated that if I cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, I would be refunded my full amount. After showing them the email that they sent me, I finally got reimbursed my full amount. In hindsight, I was glad that we didn’t stay here. If they are that strict about checking in, what other rules were in place. I have never heard of such a time frame of getting from one place to another place within an hour and a half on the weekends. I believe this may be a new campground and I can’t see it surviving with this type of customer service hours. Luckily, we were able to make reservations at Riverside RV Resort in the same area and it was a wonderful campground. We will stay at Riverside RV Resort again in the future.

We had just sold our RV to first-time RVers and wanted to help them with their first back-in, hook-up, set-up, dump, etc. before they drove home to New York. I randomly chose Creekside RV Resort because they are close to our house. Boy, what luck! Lovely, spacious lots. Check in was nice and easy; they even waited a few extra minutes for us as we were driving extra slowly. We set them up for the night and drove off. The next morning we showed up to walk the new owners through everything one more time and , while we were there, the manager dropped by to check on them, two other campers did too. It's a beautiful park with a friendly, neighborhood feel. I didn't have the heart to tell the new RV owners that this place will probably spoil them.

We loved this RV park. Only wished we would have booked for more than 3 weeks. We are praying to get to come back next year for 3 months. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Super clean park with many activities and Bill and Diane do a great job! Our situation was a little different as we couldn’t participate in many things because of my spouse is getting treatment and is immunity comprised, but there were many things to do. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We are currently in another RV park and it’s no where near as nice as Creekside. We can only hope our next two parks are half as nice as Creekside, so far we haven’t found anything as nice!

This is the nicest park we have stayed at. It is very clean. The laundry rooms and showers were all clean. The lots are spacious and your not right on top of each other like some of the parks closer to the beaches. It is a little drive to go to a beach but it was well worth it. We hope to be back soon.

Great location. Beautiful place. Well maintained. Entrance a bit tight for a big rig towing a car. Sites are big and easy to back in. We took advantage of the food truck and, much to my dog's dismay, the dog wash station. Didn't really have any reason to interact with staff. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.
