If being pet friendly means hundreds of feral cats peeing and pooping on your belongings due to residents free feeding and management not putting a stop to it - Crescent Manor nails it! In addition to that, if friendly staff means that they constantly make new rules to fit you getting a new violation, they will do it! You will not feel more welcomed by the aligned bullying anywhere else! Lastly their blatant disregard for homeless entering the community and stealing resident property will be brushed off and the gate will work when it wants to- not because of any routine maintenance care. Best of luck to these residents and future residents - don’t walk away, run.

Drove through here on 11/04/25. Looking into a 55+ park. Seems to be more positive than negative reviews. I noticed some were by unverified residents. So the positive outweigh the negative. I know managing is not always easy. One thing I read is there is no on site manager, could negative reviews be from that. One thing most of us elderly people like is consistency, and respect. Just to live in peace in the golden years.

The one thing that really gets my goat! Management is two faced! Be nice to your face then stab you in the back. They never want to talk to you face to face they don't like conflict. They would rather hide behind there attorneys!! By the way have any of you seen RHP's park rules and regulations dated 11/2021. I never saw them until i recieved the court papers for eviction. By the way my husband was actively dying at the time. Great bunch of people don't you think. Yet even today there are residents who are non-compliant with park rules and regulations who have not been evicted from there homes. It's not bad enough i lost my husband and my home now they have taken my black cat Willie. Yes dead! Why cause it was easier to leave him out in the heat 100°+ than to unlock a door and let him inside. You all can believe what you want but i'm done. I want my money order for November 2024 rent that they refused and should have returned to me back or i will file theft charges. Good luck to all of you who think living under someone elses thumb is fun! May God punish RHP and their community managers for abusing senior citizens.
