There is a gas meter behind the vehicle it can’t be safe 5/6 at 5:30pm

Oh lord, Im very disappointed in the management here. While visiting family, the gas was shut off, for 3 days, with NO WARNING, No explanation, Nothing! Then the water was shut off, again, with NO explanation. The rent has increased ALOT and the utilities are now the expense of the residents. Which was a major perk of living in a mobile home park. Not only that, but since the rent increase i havent seen a single thing done to better the park or residents besides removal of a couple trees in the front... Someone needs to look into this. Why the rent hike if the money is not going to help or better the people who live there,?🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

NEW MANAGER IS SO HORRIBLE !!! he doesn’t do anything wth who made him manager, the trailer park is the dirtiest that it has ever been! He doesn’t do ANYTHING !
