I live here and it’s a great place with awesome employees who are very kind and welcoming!

Fred the male counterpart of the duo of ownership per this establishment, was absolutely and utterly disrespectful and disgraceful in his speech and approach to a complete stranger whom happens to be a law-abiding citizen and ex Girl Scout who was visiting a resident of his RV establishments as a friend is there. And Mister and disgustingly approached me speaking as though he were an officer of the law asking me" who are you? " and this being from my respectfully using the restroom facilities leaving it better than I found it and not offending the space he approached me very volatile this establishment would do better without him present at the front desk as he is obviously and clearly not equipped with personal interpersonal skills. If only the business were registered under the Better Business Bureau I would claim to a zero star there as well. Patty you're better than this and I don't know you but I've heard good things you are a nice person and respect your tenants as best I have heard I appreciate your response in the matter if you'd like to contact me I called roughly around 9:00 a.m. February 17th with a 305 number your husband answered and you weren't present

Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and even the only dispensary in the county right across the street. Standard facilities but clean and comfortable. Will def stay again and recommend!

We got there after closing on August 6 and while I was sitting outside the building looking for an after hours number, a lady opened the door. She was super nice and checked me in. The bathrooms were clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The park was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to downtown and most of the tourists attractions. My only complaint would be that they REALLY need to weed eat between sites. The grass was almost knee high.

Full hookup park. A nice place to stay while you enjoy what Cripple Creek has to offer.

The worst RV park in the US! It’s always muddy. The man that works there is always hateful! The laundry machines never work right and they won’t refund the lost money. He blamed me because the dryers don’t get clothes dry. Do yourself a favor and go to another place. This guy doesn’t appreciate the business.

Bare bones park. Muddy when raining, snow etc. good location but not particularly friendly operators. Laundry facilities are nice if the machines operated properly but they don’t and no support from mgmt just try to blame you.
