Not a bad place, been here a few months and as the previous reviews are about the construction. It’s still going on but not everywhere just in new areas they are developing for more parking spots. The front is paved and there is now crushed asphalt everywhere and even in the lots for the campers. I honestly can’t complain. The owners have went way out of their way to address my concerns and make me happy. I have even moved to different lots trying to find what I like and as I now have found it, they check on me to see I’m still happy. Being a long term stay it’s important to me to find that spot which makes me comfortable and happy. The guest here are all really nice and say hi to us, which is strange to me because we’re not used to the kindness. I feel the laundry room should be closed in and there should also be a closed in mail room. Maybe in due time. As well as a shower room/public restrooms so if a guest camper breaks they have options till it’s fixed. I do see potential as they are nice owners and do try to accommodate their guest.

Stayed at Crosslake for 2 months and it met every expectation I had. They provided full service hookups for 30/50 amps, fresh water, and sewer. The laundry facilities were pretty standard for a lot, with base cost starting at $2.25 for a load in the wash and $2.25 for a load in the dryer. The lot I was assigned was recently graded, so stabilizing on move-in was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall a great experience from the park, highly recommended for any duration of stay you may be looking for!

I almost hate to leave a review as the campground is still under construction. There are some sites available, but by the waterside they are still having sites and electric put in. The site we were in was fairly level gravel with a strip of grass at the side. The laundry is outside under a lean-to and has 2 washers and 2 dryers. I believe there is a restroom also. The roads are pretty bad as the fill material has glass, china, plastic and wire in it. They are in the process of putting on Asphalt and pea gravel. I believe most of the RVs were owned by people who work locally as we seemed to be the only people who were around during the day. Fairly quiet, but trains pass nearby and planes fly over. The office was never open during our week long stay and reservation was done on the phone. The construction noise was very minimal as we only saw one dump truck working for a couple of hours, so it may be a while before the campground is finished.

It is WAY better out here than I thought it would be! I love the smell of the country, the gorgeous sunsets, the quiet!!! The manager, Amber, is very polite, helpful, and professional. The prices and location really are key here. It's far enough from the city that you can actually see the stars at night yet only 20 or 30 minutes away from anywhere and everywhere I need to be regularly. The views are gorgeous. Can't talk about that enough. Crosslake RV appears to be in regular state of improvement as well. However, that improvement has/does not disturb the feeling of being in a peaceful countryside. It's worth every penny to stay here!
