Very nice place, has a great little beach area to get in the water, clean bath houses, communal dish washing station, nice pier for fishing!

Like stepping back in time and camping with my grandparents! Cross Rip will not disappoint! From the rustic pier to the wildlife, the campground offers an opportunity to actually slow down, take a breath and decompress from the craziness of the world around us! Our kids laughed and had the best time from arrival til we hauled out, and all without any big water slides or concrete swimming holes!

Just pulled in today and this place is fricken awesome! To be able to open your camper door and see the ocean is the cherry on top! Both Catherine and Rebecca are some of the nicest people my fiance and I have met on the road. Catherine even stopped to help us with pulling our camper through because me and the future wife are very new to RV life. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks here! I implore you to come see this place for yourself. You'll feel right at home.

This place is truly a gem. It's a smaller more intimate Campground with tent sites, rv sites, and cabins right on the Chesapeake Bay! Beautiful views, nice facilities, and even complementary veggies from the garden. They even had crab traps, canoes, kayaks, and bikes we could use! It's also a very dog friendly Campground which is nice! Loved the time we spent here and looking forward to our next trip!

We found this gem and stayed for a whole week with 0 complaints. Such a sweet little campground, with plenty of added bonuses. The owner is very nice, the campground is WELL taken care of and each of the staff members work their tales off. Showers and bathrooms are very clean, and the beach area is VERY nice and upkept. The atmosphere is top notch and there is plenty of space between camping spots. Plenty of things to keep the kiddos busy, and I didn’t mind feeding the turtles myself!
