I had such a wonderful stay at this RV campsite! The grounds were very peaceful and well-kept, and everything was clean. There’s a nice playground for kids, restrooms available, and it’s in a perfect location — just minutes away from great restaurants, gas stations, and stores. I would definitely recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Great location and a pretty darn nice park. Gravel, spacious and easy in and out...great stop for a night. But be aware there are trains which come through in the night and you will hear the horns.

I am giving two stars for the property and the facilities. Very nice, level spots. Very nice showers, restrooms, and laundry room. I took away stars for the staff lying to me in regards to the “city” rule on dogs and leashes. We were told that we are not able to tether out our dogs. Funny that we have lived in Mt Pleasant since the 70’s and still have family there and know of no such thing plus this campground according to a platt book, is not in CITY LIMITS. We couldn’t even tether them out while we packed up our RV…we had to put them in their kennels outside in the Iowa heat while we did so. Another fib told to me was that I couldn’t have my niece park her car at my camper for a visit…can’t have more than one vehicle…but while staying there, there were several campers that had two vehicles…including the host. Lastly….after paying $750 for a two week stay, I had to pay $30 to use the meeting room and patio…even though they use the patio to park their side by side. We do not do well with hypocrites, therefore when we come back home to visit, we will NOT be using this space.

Very nice. We stayed here in our 5th wheel. Big spot, perfect for our 43ft Beacon. Right off highway. Beautiful bath and shower rooms. Will visit again.

Nice place. Especially for a short stay. Good utilities and good WiFi (for a RV park) although it was out on the day we departed. No pool. Very small playground. No dog park or dog stations. Seems like the cattle trucks off 218 like to Jake brake but I didn’t see that as a problem and you can hear the train but it is not often. Easy entrance and exit. Office has split hours so if you need something it is at their convenience not yours. Office staff was friendly.

Stayed here last night, one of the cleanest and well maintained RV parks we've stayed at. Bathrooms were clean, good hot water and pressure in the showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed one night while traveling with our fifth wheel trailer. All utilities worked well. Heated water spigot for those freezing nights. Sites are gravel and flat. Bathrooms clean. One caution is that the refund policy is kind of steep. "within 72 hours you lose one night fee". So no last minute cancellation. No cable and no broadcast channels. However they have very good WiFi.

We were in a camper and as far as what a campground can offer, it did it is not fair to judge a campground by what the area has to offer so I am rating this campground for what it has the responsibility to offer. Campground was well kept, grass at every site. Restrooms were immaculate. It was obvious that the owners/managers were intent on making the campground the best it could be. Example: There was a gentleman running a tractor making the gravel roads, that already were smooth, even smoother. We were there only one night, but if we made another trip from SC that came near this campground we would reserve a spot.

This was a great campground! We stayed for a night while traveling out west. We got there about 2 and the office was closed, but we found our name on a board by the office that had a map and our site marked. The sites are very nice. Pull-thrus, gravel, full hook-ups and level. Lots of grass to walk the pets. There are two restroom/shower rooms. I didn’t use them, but other reviews said they were clean and nice. The town square of Mount Pleasant is less than 5 minutes away, as well as Hyvee’s grocery store. If you have time, definitely check out the town. It has a beautiful square with restaurants.

We had a hard day. We had to replace all the tires on our camper, on the road, which also included a quick trip to urgent care. So, we were almost 5 hours late getting to the campground. Our reservation was left for us to find and our campsite was clean and waiting. The manager was extremely kind and we had a great nights rest. Very peaceful with easy access off the highway. I definitely recommend!

Nice clean park. Easy access & all pull-thrus. Great staff. We had an issue with our trailer lock. The nice young man in the office came & assisted us in getting the lock to open. We will definitely make this a permanent stop for our travels north & south.

A small park that was perfect for us, as we were just stopping for the night. Snout a quarter of the campground was filled with full time campers. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean, although there were only 2 unisex bathrooms. Showered were in each bathroom and was well put together. Staff were friendly.
