OMG I was driving through looking at this trailer park cause I'm moving my experience in short story is there was a bunch of people that looked homeless screaming at these poor parents with there children when one tried to attack them I called 911 and watched from down the road by a blue and black truck I ended up meeting this family and watching some videos and looking at screenshots and time stamps and am now being apart of their help in this situation I also got to see what comments and reviews have been made and hidden and this whole experience just gives me nightmares I can't believe I was thinking of moving here and to the family keep your head held high I couldn't imagine being in your situation I believe this post will be deleted but I have screen shots of this and will be posting it on every social media platform I can and to you the landlord that spoke back so rudely to that family there's chores aren't met cause theyre in fear for their lives way before this incident that have videos of almost being attacked before but they are the problem (poor babies) have they attacked anyone have they stolen anything or broke the law I don't believe they have and they're doing everything to prove it praying for you

We were full time RV’ers for 4 years and all the kids are in KC so we decided to stay in this Park 3 times during the summer month because it is very hard to find RV parks in the KC area. They are either insanely overpriced or mostly mobile home parks like this park. Although it is a true trailer park we did have a few good month 2 years in a row, until the last time we stayed. We got there in the middle of the month and were prorated for that but also left during the middle of a month and not at the end and were supposed to be prorated for that too. We were told we would get the money back at the same time we would get the deposit check back, but unfortunately that never happened. We did get our deposit back and tried to get a hold of Rick for weeks with no answer. When we finally got a hold of him he just told us they do not prorate. It was just ok while it lasted but we would not recommend or ever park there again.

The park is great. The management member, John does not know what he is doing. I have been lied to by him, and incorrectly billed by him. I moved into a fixer upper, was given 30 days to do repairs to the outside and clean up trash. Okay. I started doing that, every single day. TWENTY days later I get billed $50 for "unkempt yard" "house needs repairs" "pick up trash" "clean your yard up" The lawn has been mowed and clear or debris, trash, etc ever since I moved in. There are repairs all over this place. He refuses to admit if he is wrong, he does everything "by the book". Yet the other managers are so welcoming and understandable human beings that actually want to help, and take interest in working with you to get your problem solved.

depends on what part of the park that you have a trailer in because part of it is nice with double wise and then the back side is bad with a bunch of empty trailers

My parents moved into Crown August 1974. That was when Clyde Knowles was alive and made sure the place was kept fairly nice. I know he would be rolling in his grave if he was to see all the empty lots. I didn't always see eye to eye with Bob when he ran the place, but he was a pretty fair man. It feels like after he passed that there isn't any plans to make this the park Clyde envisioned.
