All the larger hot tubs felt like they were the same temp and more like bath water this last time we went. Weekends are very crowded. Overall we still enjoy the area but definitely recommend going during the week. Then you could enjoy the warmer hot tubs as well.

We visited on our 15th Anniversary weekend and it was phenomenal!! Out of all the hot springs we've been too this is our favorite! Instead of sulfuric smells we just tasted salt🤣 Although my name is Crystal.. I had no idea this place existed outside of SLC, where we visit frequent, until a customer of mine recommended it. I was pleased to learn this is the richest mineral hot springs in the world! My husband and I are feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Everyone here was so friendly too! The waterfalls were amazing and the cave behind the big waterfall was so cool! Will definately be back soon with more family to share the experience🥰

I took my girls and grandson for an outing. It was a lovely drive. When we got there, it was a bit underwhelming. There was a lot of cement and No shade. It was a sunny day and very hot. We had a wonderful time, however. The staff was very nice. The pools and dressing rooms were clean. It was a bit overpriced, and I would definitely bring some form of shade.

This place was horrid. We went here on a vacation to Utah to visit relatives, and we were let down a lot from the construction. We did not even know that construction was happening during today, and no one told us there would be about 45 men working and kept staring at people. Not to mention, a guy with a jackhammer kept drilling into the concrete and was annoying. There were also bugs, debris, and concrete in the pools that we had to keep walking away from. We had come here a couple of years back, and it was really nice then, but the workers seem to just be letting the pools decay and rot. People seemed to be bringing food and drinks even though a sign said "NO FOOD OR DRINKS," and a big group of people brought a whole cooler, I guess, was filled with food and drinks. There were also only 10 chairs with a small spot of shade to lay in, which was ridiculous with the number of people there. The workers were only working on landscape and not the pools that were falling apart. The bottom of the hotsprings was also very course. Overall, don't pay 20 dollars for this and just get some Epsom salt and take a bath in your own home.

A visit in November in the chilly weather, even light rain, was so enjoyable. There is a perfect temp pool for all ages. My age 10-13 kids and I had fun on the slides. They also liked the cooler pool even though it was way too cold for me! The bathrooms and changing rooms were clean. Lockers are tiny. Eat before you go as food options are limited to small snacks and no outside food or drink allowed. Overall not many complaints.

EDIT TO 4 STARS: Boy their prices raised a lot. Also in the summer they cool down their pools. If I'm coming to a hot spring, I'm coming for the hot spring even in the summer. Please bring back the heat. I want my skin to melt off. I love Crystal! Every time I go there I leave much more relaxed (and warm) than when I first got there. They have recently finished their new building that has much bigger restrooms/changing/shower areas, and they have a new pool area that has a cool cave and waterfall. Be careful of the waterfall though, as the water is BOILING hot! I'll come back time and time again!

I go there and it is awesome! They have many different hot tubs at different temperatures. There is also a pool (cool water) that I swim in. There is a big pool (warm) that is 3 times the size of the normal pool. There are 2 different slides. It has a locker room and a family changing room. It has a really awesome staff and store (smaller.) Awesome place to swim!

Updated 04-15-2021: Prices are now $18.00 per person. Way too high. Will not be returning, we will make the extra drive to lava hot springs. Recommend you inquiry before going...Old review: Pools are great. Their all cement with seating along the sides. There is a main hot pool with 3 small waterfalls each ranging from cold to hot. There's a few smaller hotter pools and a cold pool. There's slides for the kids with an extra charge but these are not hot like the pools. Changing rooms with a open shower to rinse off. They have drinks and ice cream bars in the lobby for a price. We go here a lot and I would recommend to anyone wanting to relax in a hot pool. Wheelchair accessible ramp into main pool.

$18 a person (including anybody over 2)! Are you kidding me? Those slides were old when I was in cub scouts 35 years ago. I know they updated the pool area a few years back but even $12 a person seemed a bit high for what the place had to offer but I was still willing to bring my family here. I unfortunately do not think I will ever come here again. I will have to enjoy my memories of the place from now on as I choose to relax somewhere else. Good bye my old friend.
