I find it funny that they call this a "campground" because that couldn't be further from the truth. When I booked, I asked for 3 RV sites near the showers, bathrooms, and amenities as I was traveling with elderly guests. I didn't want them to have to walk a long ways to get to them. Little did I know that literally all the overnight sites had been changed to cabins and seasonal sites. The only RV sites they offer (about 15) are almost a mile away from the amenities. We were forced to rent a golf cart due to this which was another expense. Our nearest bathroom was a porta potty shared by approximately 50 people that was only cleaned one time that I saw so you could just imagine the stench of it. The next closest bathroom where we had showers looked like it hadn't been touched in 30 years. It was filthy with paint peeling off. Like I said earlier, luckily we had a golf cart so we could access the new bathrooms that were put in for the cabin guests. If you have an RV go somewhere else.

This place was disgusting...junk everywhere where we were expecting to be able to relax...site was so small even nervous about the possibility of being able to put awning out..neighbor was so close we could have held hands while sleeping. Pulled in and left immediately did not feel comfortable at all staying there...would not recommend it at all.

I have been going camping for 4 decades and have never had an experience like I just had at this campground. Meaning it was downright awful. First, I had to reschedule my reservation due to my wife having surgery. At first that went fine however, a couple of days later, they called me to say that the new dates resulted in an additional charge of $10.55 that they forgot to tell me about when I called to make the date change. I understood and was fine with that. I did not have my credit card with me and, as it was only about two weeks till my arrival, I offered to pay it when I checked in. They told me that would not work as they require payment in advance. I reminded them that this was due to their mistake and it was only $10.55 and since I needed to check in upon arrival it would be easiest for me to pay it then, in person. They refused to accept that. I told them I would get back to them but was disappointed in their attitude. They called me back a few days later and we went through the same argument. This time they warned me that I could lose my reservation. They, in very condescending fashion, offered to see if the manager would offer a one time exemption but I was too frustrated by then with the poor customer service and, telling them what a PITA they were, hung up. I called back a couple of days later and paid the $10.55 by credit card. Upon arrival we were assigned a site next to a large garage, almost literally in more of a parking lot than a campsite. They did warn me that my site would be near a "maintenance shed" but this was a full blown garage with all the work, noise, and smell you would expect from same. We also visited all three of their provided bathrooms. One was in good shape. The other two were simply disgusting. That night the stink of some sort of sewage smell at our campsite was unbearable. That night I signed up for Internet service ($15 for 7 days). It worked for about 2 hours. The next morning it would not accept the voucher code I had been issued. I went to the office the next morning to ask for a refund but I was loudly and repeatedly refused with shouts of "have you read the terms and conditions"? "No refund" and "you should not have bought the service through the online service" that they linked me to. We left an hour later and ate the $300 camping fee as this was too awful to endure. I did learn later that they did refund the Internet service fee for which I am grateful. However, this experience was dreadful and unacceptable. Other than the pool and lake, which were both nice, this place literally and figuratively stinks! Stay away!!

It looks like they have made great efforts to recover from pond over flows. I noticed over all the place was clean and well laid out. I did notice the actual site numbering system was very difficult to locate places. It appeared, people were happy an enjoying the place. They do need to get a very strong sewer type smell under control around the pond or lake.
