Highly recommend this campground for family camping as well as just getting away from the daily chaos! I’ve been here several times throughout the years (with and without kids) and it’s always such a blast! The team on-site are very friendly and helpful. The restrooms, showers, campsites, and beach area are always clean! They offer rental paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes for very reasonable prices (I saw Jet-skis parked at the dock as well but I’m not sure if they rent those out). They have life jackets for all sizes and a game room with pool tables and air hockey (located in the building on the beach)! Near the beach area are several things to keep the kiddos and families active! There are a couple of kids play sets with slides, a 4 person teeter totter/seesaw and a swing set (don’t recall seeing a baby swing for younger kiddos but I also didn’t look for one). There’s a sand volleyball court, concrete basketball court, and a small dock that makes for some amazing views/portraits at sunrise/sunset. Everyone respects each other’s privacy and settles down during the quiet hours. All the basic campsites I’ve rented had fire pits and picnic tables with water/electric (no issues). The road is pretty smooth and well maintained. Note: You must rent a campsite to access the beach, water, and amenities but they are fairly priced!

Reservations were a little mixed up from a former employee. But the lady worked so hard to make sure we could get a site that would work for my size trailer and near our group. Sites are very tree covered (nice for hot hot days). Swimming area was nice. Bathrooms/Showers were well cared for. Arcade room lacked but the playground and basketball court made up for it. Dog friendly. Not "rowdy". Owners were very helpful and friendly. Overall great place to stay for a great price. We will be back.

Beautiful wooded sites. You feel like you are camping in a forrest. Very peaceful. The beach is nice. Kayaking Crystal Lake was lovely. Most staff were nice. One lady who is a manager is not at all welcoming or nice and apparently this is an on going issue as they get constant complaints about her. If you can avoid her, definitely go and have a very peaceful camping experience.

We've camped here for a few years and were happy with the get back to nature feel of the campground. However, this year we were ready to book a full hook up site, with one tent and were told "no". It's been allowed in previous years. The female assisting us was extremely confrontational with my husband when he questioned if the rules had changed. When asked to speak with the owner, who's always been very pleasant, we were denied. How very sad that a service based business has lost service and their friendly charm.

We were seasonals for 2 years. We won't be back. The place is a dump, owners are not friendly, the camp store is never open. We had an issue with the meter on our site, no acknowledgement of it at all. Just a run down campground that the owners collect money on and put nothing back into it.

Wonderful family friendly campground! The owner is always kind anytime we've camped here. The bathhouse isnt the greatest but I'm not here to spend hrs. In the restroom so it doesnt bother me any! The beach is so gorgeous and they offer fun activities too (paddle boats, kayaks, mini golfing, and there's a pool table room too!) The best place to come to relax and enjoy nature!
