I lived there from 2008 to 2020. The place went downhill every year. Everything was catered to winter guests and little to nothing for year rounders. Office staff got meaner, cruder, and nastier as time went on. The older man, Gene, would tell his buddy all the stuff about residents....very unethical. Rates were going up and nothing to see for it, except a few cute bricks laid down. Appeared to me that the older residents were the ones picked on and new folks allowed to do as they pleased. Glad I got out and have been happier ever since.

Do not come here terrible management not a gated community as advertised always an excuse as to why hot tub and numerous other things broken staff has band aide and duct taped thing s to death sites are very small and too close together not suited for today's RV if not for the people in the park this is a place you don't get what you pay for!!!!

Love it here. its location is the best spot 45 minutes each way from Tampa , Sebring, Lakeland. Had a place here, and it's a great escape from imminent weather and hustle bustle of Estero. I go often and stay just for a break. It's surrounded by the best orchards and farms. Fl grown, i love the fresh produce stands tomatoes to die for. Quaint quiet and old florida surrounded by Peace River & Matalach River. Plant city is just Nort also about 45 min...strawberry heaven. Crystal Lakes is beautiful, well maintained, and ever so friendly. A must visit. Great prices as well. 10+ stars for this community ✨️ 💖 Trust me, it's worth the trip this it a small town ready to Boom... Great place to iinvest in property. Sleeping giant...for sure!

My parents have lived here for 11 years. They come back to WI in the summer. Dont tell anyone about this place because then everyone will want to be here! Friendly people, great pool and activities.

CLV is a nice quiet but active place for 55+ who have an RV and want to rent a nice spot for the winter season. Or maybe rent a small trailer already set up on site.. Or buy! the lot rent is very reasonable. Its a mix of RVs, Mobile homes, permanent trailers, and destination trailers. lots of amenities included: pool, pickleball, shuffleboard, workout., billiards, community center.
