I called to see if there was any spots for my travel trailer. Cynthia was so positive and exceptional to helping me. She even gave me and my daughter a tour. Which other RV park management don't do tours. I want to move here asap. I have a really nice travel trailer which I have kept it in storage. I hope to see Cynthia soon when I move here. I really like her personality and positive vibes. She told my daughter; oh your mom will fit in here with everyone here. Everyone looks out for each other. That's what sold me on moving here. I also like how everyone decorate for the holidays. I love to decorate. I kinda go overboard with decorating.

Cynthia, the manager, is a genuinely great person!! She has been a joy to work with. In the almost 2 years that I've been at this rv park, I have had a peaceful and pleasant experience. The amenities and pool are great! Don't go anywhere else!!!

Cynthia was very friendly and extremely helpful during our booking process and in continued during our stay. She offered holding our site until we made a final decision to book the site. She advised she would send an email indicating the hold on the site and a map of the park so we can see our site location. Within a minute the emails were sent. Whilst at the park we had a water leak; I contacted Cynthia for a mobile technician. She answered the phone even though it was before business hours; she was in route to work. She advised she would text me the technician’s name and number and also contact the technician to advise him we would be in contact. Again, Cynthia did both within minutes; the technician was expecting our call. The technician was very professional and fixed our leak. Thank you Cynthia for all your outstanding customer service and assistance.

Very nice and clean, quiet place for our extended stay. No issues whatsoever. Our son lives here so we’ll definitely be staying here again whenever we travel in the RV.

Great price, poor amenities. Got their in October left in April not once did laundry room work. The campsites are underwater everytime it floods. Also, none of the showers or restrooms at clubhouse have worked in 6months. I just want to give a fair review to anyone looking to stay here. It's ONLY a place to park your r.v. The manager was always telling us that she understands our concern but that she say we can leave if it's a deal breaker. We would not return. Their is no amenities at all!

My husband & I spent 7 days at Cullen RV Park thru Christmas. Very friendly and easy to make reservations. The park was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay again when we visit our family in Pearland.

I have to say that these negative reviews on this rv park is just ridiculous. I have been here a year .from the day they open the doors up .and as one person stated the owners r making improvements to the park for the guests.its new what do u expect it is quiet and its safe .the owner r great people and they listen and address concern of the guest some people r just complainers no matter what .if u looking for a place to stay long term or short this is the place to be.

When not traveling we live locally with our daughter. This park is near to her so when we need work done or are having a delivery, we pull the RV out of storage and come here. The place has been great to us allowing us to extend on short notice. The park is clean and still having modifications done but it's a great place to come to. Great staff and very responsive to emails and late night phone calls. We will be staying here again in the future.

One of the best RV resort. Great amenities. We stay there and kids enjoy fishing, pool while I enjoy the game room to watch the games.
