Great place for a swim as the water is surprisingly on moderate level of warmth and coldness. We didn't explored the whole lake but there's a lot of parked boats / jet skis etc., near the area that we picked so it's a bummer for those who wanted to have more space for paddle boarding and kayaking near the swimming area. Parking fee was hell!! $37.75 for just 6hrs. It's a busy place since the water and adventure park are also near to the lake park. If you decide to go there, I suggest going early in the morning to have a good parking and picnic spot. We left around 4 in the afternoon and the place were already crowded, lots of car waiting in the parking area. The traffic were also bad if you're going on the afternoon. The restroom doesn't have any showers, don't expect it to be clean. The have a separate changing rooms but also not clean. 😮‍💨

Beautiful lake park to visit with our families and friends. We visited during morning time on a weekend. Park was so clean and had enough picnic tables. Restrooms are there.

Truely amazing experience visiting cultus lake. First thing if you are planning to visit lake, come early morning to find the parking spot, else come after 2 pm. You can do swimming, peddal boating. Also bring your own food for eating.

The park includes a lakefront, waterfront walkway, picnic tables, playground, boat launch, kayak rentals, concession, residential community, and of course the lake itself for swimming. The biggest downside is the parking fees. During the summer months it is $7 for the first hour and then $6 for each additional hours. I noticed many visitors don't stay that long and parking is plentiful. The parking fees applies to all parking lots for the park. Parking is not allowed for visitors on residential streets. Beware on windy days that tree leaves will fall so if barbequing, bring an umbrella or go to a spot away from trees. There is a nice forested trail south of the community school.

Cultus Lake Park is a beautiful and scenic destination that offers a wide range of outdoor activities and attractions. Located in the Fraser Valley region of British Columbia, the park features a pristine lake, beautiful beaches, and a variety of hiking trails, campgrounds, and recreational facilities. One of the things I appreciate most about Cultus Lake Park is the natural beauty of the area. The lake is crystal clear, and the surrounding mountains and forests provide a stunning backdrop for outdoor activities. The park offers a variety of activities, including swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, and camping, making it a great destination for families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts. The park also features a variety of amenities, including picnic areas, playgrounds, and sports fields. There are also several restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as a variety of shops and boutiques. One of the cons of visiting Cultus Lake Park is that it can get crowded during peak season, particularly on weekends and holidays. This can make it difficult to find parking and to enjoy certain activities, such as swimming and hiking. Additionally, some of the facilities and amenities may be closed during the off-season, so it's important to check ahead before planning your visit. Overall, Cultus Lake Park is a beautiful and enjoyable destination that offers something for everyone. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, hike in the mountains, or enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, this park is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for the crowds during peak season and be sure to check ahead for any closures or restrictions.
