We headed to this campground knowing from reading reviews that there might be issues with sewer and power. We booked a full hookup site and the first 2 sites we were sent to had no sewer. But the ranger was more than willing to relocate us and the third site was absolutely fine and right next to the exit gate. Nice and level and we really liked this spot. While we did have the occasional random breaker trip, it wasn't a big deal and overall we really loved our stay here. We took the advice in the handout about how to minimize sewer problems by emptying frequently and had no sewer issues for our 3 week stay. We hear they're upgrading, too, so hopefully everything will be flawless in the near future. Not only is it a beautiful location with awesome mountain views by the entrance, all staff members were fantastic to deal with and overall the campground just had a great vibe. It's a bit of a trek to amenities but there's a convenient well-stocked variety store, a nice pool (we didn't get to use but we arrived in Fall), a clubhouse with recreation space and gym equipment, and a laundry room . We'll definitely be back.

Not bad, yet, not great. They are currently having issues with the septic system at the full hook up spots. They do have a company come through once a week to empty your tanks. Friendly and helpful staff with a typical camp store. I have not been in the bath house. Cultus Lake is beautiful, shopping (Walmart) is about 30 minutes away. This campground is essentially at the base of the mountains.

Pool is always open from 10am-8pm unless maintenance is happening which isn’t to often. the spaces for trailers and tent are great the hookups work nice some don’t have sewers but other then that it worked great. The river is great as well and there was a little forest path leading out or into it in the corner of the campsite

We’re thousand trails members and when we Arrived the staff was not very professional for helping us to get situated. the spot we had reserved had someone still in it and we were moved to a space that had just had a septic overflow. We ended up leaving early because allergies in this area in early June are pretty terrible if you want to spend time outside and the lake has worms that cause rashes if you swim in it. Best part of the campground is the kids playground and dog area.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We really enjoy this location as it is tucked away in a pristine valley of Chilliwack. My review is positive, but also hopeful that it could be heard by not only the individual user but also the people higher up the chain of command! We really enjoy all of the amenities (store, pool, large field for kids to play in , camp sites with large trees , clubhouse ) This location being the only thousand trails location in Canada has great potential to draw in new clientele Americans and Canadians by updating this location starting with sites sewer and power, as some sites the sewer abandoned and power Reduced from 30 amp to 15 amp due to ageing utilities. My hopes for this message / review Would not fall on deaf years, and some money would be invested into This location. Allowing more families and friends to experience great times and memories for the future generations. Thank you
