This is our second time coming and we will definitely be coming back. Staff is very friendly. Fishing, hiking, kids play area. There is plenty to do if interested or if you are just wanting to sit back and relax around the fire, this is the place. Your choice on how you want to spend your get away and this is a nice place to try just that. Also to note, WiFi is very good!!

Overall a wonderful place to camp! I'd give 4.5 if able! The first view coming down the hill is spectacular with the river and cliff face greeting you. Great full hook ups! While ideally one is coming to camp to get away, in this day and age, having a reliable Wi-Fi is increasingly important and some more money should be put into theirs because phone and text and other service was quite bad.

Exceptional campground - we are full-time RVers - many places to compare Cummins Ferry to. Easy to reserve and contact with questions, great check-in process. Helpful staff while on-site - Thanks Kevin! BEAUTIFUL grounds! The river is so nice and we appreciate the community fire over-looking the river - what a wonderful evening! The free live music was enjoyable. The WIFI is the best we have encountered - and FREE! This park permits Amazon deliverers - which is Awesome and necessary for full-timers. We will gladly stay again when visiting this area. We also enjoyed Keeneland racetrack and the Burbon Trail in this area.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. There were many activities to enjoy. One could kayak, fish, hike or just relax in a beautiful place. The Halloween activities were such fun! I am looking forward to camping there again soon. I must add that it is kid and pet friendly as well. Their store is really interesting too.

We stayed here about a week and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This park has so much charm and the people running it are some of the nicest folks around. It's right on the Kentucky River and offers lots of fun activities including kayak rentals, Frisbee golf, karaoke, and live music just to name a few. The location is perfect if you are doing the Kentucky Bourbon Trail too. What an absolute gem of an RV park. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to camp.
