This campground was right off the main road with easy in and out access. The grounds were immaculate and the gravel road leading into was well compacted making it easy for motorcycles. The had 91 on the fuel pump outside which made it easy to refuel bikes after a ride. The bathrooms were very well maintained and well stocked with constant hot water for showers. The breakfast burritos they had ready to go every morning and we also ate a few meals in the bar/restaurant that’s there. All in all a great time and amazing grounds.

We had a great time and stay. We were there for a total of 4 nights. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly, from the owners to the maintenance crew. We rented one of their side by sides and went out on some trails. They were new and rode great, no issues with them. We had 2 different meals while staying. Dinner the first night we arrived and breakfast the day before we left. Both were delicious. We had burgers, wings, chicken strips for dinner and breakfast we had to try the burrito. Mason has perfected the burrito. I've never seen our had one that was so perfectly folded and cooked to just the right crispiness. Lol Laundry room definitely came in handy, showers and restrooms were clean. They were able to provide rolls of quarters for the machines. $3.00 for each wash or dry. We had birds next to our campsite (12) that bathed in the small "creek" and horses behind us on the property next door. Our last night there we heard coyotes in the distance and the sunsets were beautiful. You are about 15 minutes from Deadwood and 45 to Mount Rushmore. A nice drive to both areas. A big bonus is they are super pet friendly which is a big key in consideration for us when booking campsites. There is a dog park to let your best friends roam free. You won't regret staying here and are treated like family.

This campground is perfect. It’s clean and well taken care of. The owner and staff clearly want to make their customers stay stress free and welcoming. The food is great. It’s served piping hot! We love to ride the OHV trails. There are 3 trailheads very close to camp. There’s fuel, food, supplies, and the nicest people that you’ll ever meet. We definitely love Custers Crossing and will be back next year. I just feel so At home there. Thank you, Michelle. Honestly, you are the most thoughtful and the hardest worker!!! Thank you again.

I really can’t give a better review! We visited during bike week and were a lil apprehensive of having young children with. Jenna, Stacey, Michelle , Jay and the owner (I forget his name) welcomed us with open arms and even helped us contain our wild children. The prices were awesome for everything from the food and supplies on the shelves, to the drinks and hot delicious food served in the diner part. I highly recommend the breakfast burritos!!! The location is great, and the vibe was chill. Quiet time was actually quiet. The showers were HOT, and clean. All in all I give it a 12 out of 10. We will definitely be coming back annually. Thank you for the hospitality and great service for the week plus we stayed at your establishment!!!

We stayed at Custer Crossing campground in late June last year. The campsite was easy to get in and out of. It was also level. The campground is pet friendly with many areas to walk your dogs. The C-store and restaurant are clean. We had breakfast. The food and service were great. The young couple who own this are very nice, hard-working, and compassionate people.
