This is a private campground but it's so worth it. The amenities this place has, are crazy. They have a swimming pool/splash pad, 2 playgrounds, fishing pond, basketball court, tennis court, kids place, tiger cage, camp train, restaurant & their own store. All the people are friendly, the campground itself is beautiful & having a golf cart is a definite must. HALL OF FAME WEEKEND STARTS 8/2/25 - UPDATED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS!

Great experience from the second we pulled in. Very nice office staff, clean level site, clean restroom, quiet on weekdays. Off the main road but worth it.

Working with the folks at Cutty's Sunset and being at the park for many events I can attest that this is a terrific place to spend time. There's always something great happening! I highly recommend it!!

Obviously caters to seasonal residents, which there are many. This is not a campground. It’s a subdivision for trailers and 5th wheels. Sites are so close to each other that you can hear your neighbors fart. If you like constant noise and loud bumping music until 11pm, which is quiet time, and rude idiots on what seemed like hundreds of stinky gas golf carts, then this is the place for you. Walmart parking lots are more peaceful. We won’t be back.

WOW! We’ve always LOVED this campground. So kid friendly, paved roads for the kids to ride bikes, such nice seasonal campers. This year they have an activities committee and have SO many new and GI things for the kids including free pancake breakfast, arcade and train rides. We are leaving this weekend sooo excited to come back in the fall!
