BEWARE if you have to cancel- You have to cancel 14 or more days before your trip. My husband and I have stayed here before with no issues. However, this time we had a bit of an emergency and had to cancel a week before our planned trip... Even with it being an emergency, they didn't care. They wouldn't even creit a portion of the money back. The average campsite cancelation policy in Florida is a week, unless it's a state park, and even then they offer some of your money back. 14 days for this kind of park is a bit excessive. They have lost our future business...

Everything is very nice and clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is awesome. Showers and bathrooms and extremely nice. Located right next to a Walmart which is within walking distance. Nice place, we'd stay here again. Thank you.

This is a wonderful place, a real gem. This place many great qualities of which I will go over but the best part is the staff. They are very friendly and always eager to help you. Not a I'm gonna do my job but they really do care. Most of them live on location and will always go the extra mile. Second the sites a set up very well and the location is great. It borders a very nice walmart that you can easily walk to. Third, the residents are always the same people as they return every season. They have been coming back 2,3,5,7 years so they are all like family and always wanting to bring new comers into their fold. There is always plenty to do as the rv park as a myriad of activities planned. So without sounding like a commercial I say book a stay and come to your home away from home Oh and don't worry Kelly will leave the light on.

In February of this year my wife and I stayed for one month. We really enjoyed it, so we booked in June for March of next year. However, they had changed their policies on payments and cancellations. We had to pay for the whole month up front which was not a big deal. They did not tell us they had also changed their cancellation policy to where you lose $295 no matter when you cancel. We had to cancel due to a family situation 6 months out and we were never told about the $295 nor did they offer to let us reschedule to another month. We have stayed at many campgrounds and this is the first one that we have encountered that does give you more leeway on canceling. I am very disappointed in this new rule they have. People need to be aware of this because life does happen and sometimes things are out of your control especially for over 65 years old.

We've been to a few parks in Florida, but this RV Park is one if not the best place we have visit thus far. Customer service is top notch, facilities are clean and well kept. The pool relaxing and the RV park it's close to Legoland and other amenities. We thank Kelly for a facility managed professionally.

We have been at Cypress RV and campgrounds for going on our 4th year. It is by far the best place to spend either your winter months or any amount of time. The management is friendly and listen to concerns. They have many great activities. There is something for everyone there..

This is my second winter in this RV park. I booked for next year. I am so happy I booked for next year. I've seen a lot of parks. This one has friendly people who made me feel at home. The staff has been great. The staff has been very helpful. Would recommend this park to my family and friends.

My husband and myself have been coming here for the last 6 years and we love it. The staff are very helpful with anything you need help with and the people are all very friendly and welcoming. We love all of the activities and enjoy the people . We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

After giving length of motorhome, number of slide outs and pictures we arrived to be assigned a site for a 40 ft. motorhome, not a 45 ft. as we specified. We were guided into the site to clear the slide with the power post by neighbors. When we was in, about 2 feet from clearing the power post, we sunk in up to the axles. We sat there for 4 days. Kelli, the Office Manager, told us "she was not driving and she did not get it stuck". She told us it was not the campgrounds responsibility. We would have to get it out. We could not get our 2 front slides or steps out for 4 days. We called a man the Office recommended. He came and said it would be a big job. In the meantime we went out to breakfast on the 5th day and stopped by Lowe's and bought 2X 10s to put under the wheels to try and get out. When we got back to the campground, maintenance had dug the wheels out and put wood under them. We got out after 3 trys. We couldn't take the lumber back to Lowe's because it had been cut. Maintenance helped us unhook and hook back up at the new site. Very helpful after 4 wasted, frustrating days of our vacation. Cypress Campground management should have done better. Pages of rules to sign. RIULES for thee and not for me I guess.

First of all I can read, I don't need the host to read me 5 pages of rules, threaten with a $50 speeding fine etc. The campers are mostly friendly like in all snowbird parks in FL. Management has way to many rules to threaten you with. The park itself is older, mostly kept up ok but it's difficult to maneuver a 36 ft RV in a park designed for 24 ft RVs with few or no slides. If you have an awning slide it will probably overhang your neighbors site. The back of the park has a waste problem and a sewage smell. The kids liked the pool. Overall, I've stayed in better and worse parks.

Can't say enough about how amazing and helpful the staff at Cypress camp ground were. We arrived late, around 9pm late, and had a few issues with our camper on arrival but the night manager Pete was a phone call away and came to help multiple times. Nice size park with multiple size lots, all which were very comfortable. Nice amenities, the pool was amazing. I'm a travel RN and stayed with these folks for 3 months and it was beyond better than expected. I will be returning if I'm ever I'm the area in need of a camping spot! A++++ 💯

We have come here two years in a row. We really like it. The bathrooms are very clean. It’s quiet and very peaceful. Each time we came , we did not receive an event calendar. We missed all the activities 😔 but we would definitely come back again.

Had to book last minute due to change of plans. Office staff was welcoming. Campsite had shade tree. Lots of activities. Pool, bingo, lending library, games and play areas for kids and dog run area. Handy to have enormous Wal-Mart next door to resupply the RV. Laundry, restrooms, shower, pool area all kept clean and tidy. Would stay again.

It was a very beautiful park, very clean, very friendly owners, great location to Lego Land. The park is very spacious for large rigs. I would recommend it.
