This is a great spot in walking distance of all you'd want to sea. The grounds are immaculate as well as the facilities. Host was very nice and even accommodating our late arrival. Dog friendly is a huge plus for us.

We love staying at this RV park. The park is super clean including the showers and bathrooms. Andy is always available and helpful. Located within walking distance just down the hill to restaurants and the Rock. Great hiking trails at nearby state parks. Recommend the coastal walk.

2025 still the best RV Park in town in our opinion. Within walking distance to everything on the Embarcadero and ocean front. Nice owners, very clean all around. Laundry, restrooms, showers and Wifi. Full hookups, 30 amp only, cable TV. About $75 a night including tax. 2024 We come here often, Beautiful park close to the action. Excellent price at around $58 a night. Walking distance to the embarcadero and ocean front. The owners are very nice cleanest restrooms you will find. Excellent Wifi. You won't be disappointed if yo can find a vacancy. We will of course be back.... 2022 This is an excellent place to spend a vacation or romantic couples time. The owners are very nice, the campground is immaculate. Big rigs can fit. It is walking distance to the Embarcadero, on the water, where there are dozens of restaurants, shops and activities for all ages. We loved walking to Morro Rock then having dinner and cocktails. Price is right at $50 full hookups 30amp only. We are looking forward to future visits.
