Great and relaxing campground. Fishing isn't too bad either

We arrived at little early, but the lady at the gate got us checked in . Very nice. Most spots have shade and are reasonably flat.

No rooms or cabins in this campground but it was quiet, picturesque, and well kept. The bathhouse were clean although somewhat outdated.

Camped here for a Bassmaster tournament in early May. Have stayed here before. Cleanest shower houses I have ever experienced at a state run campground! The young lady that cleaned the bathrooms was very kind. The volunteers that run the front gate also camp there and were readily available for any questions. Through the week, It was extremely calm and quiet. The weekends picked up but was still a very quiet stay. We stayed on the top row with the fishery behind us. It gave us more privacy as well as enjoying the sounds of the pools running. When not fishing for our tournament, we spent time below the damn walking the creek and trout fishing. Highly reccomend eating at Ollie's in Celina! Great campground! One of my top stays in Tennessee!
