Really pretty area, very peaceful lake. Most sites have water and electric, a few sites do not have water. There is no dump station in this park, you have to drive out of the park go across the road or down the mountain a couple miles to use the dump station. The only hiking area was contaminated with a lot of ticks. But again the lake is beautiful and so clear that you can see 10 feet down. We camped in late August 2025 and the water was still so warm that you could walk right in to swim. We didn’t have a couple bars of T-Mobile service but no Verizon

We spent several nights at this campground. The lake views are incredible. The first few nights we stayed in sight 13, which was level and really close to the water with EZ back in set up. Last night we stayed in sight 20 which was easy to back into but very difficult to get out of because of the angles. There really were no hiking trails within the campground, or at least none that would have been maintained. You couldn’t even see the entrance. There was also no dump station in the local area. You have to drive out on the campgrounds past the main road to access a dump station. If you can pass those issues, the rest of the property was beautiful. The sites were spread out enough that you had some privacy and all the people we met on a busy holiday weekend we’re very friendly.

This campground is a great place for some real time outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay. The camp hosts are very helpful. I had heard about this place for several years and decided it check it out. If you are into camping this place should be on your list. There is a playground for the kids. A swimming beach with sand. Be sure to bring your bikes. Plenty of lake space for all who are wanting to get out on the water. Power boats, canoes, paddle boards, sail boats and more.....all are welcome.

- **Family-Friendly:** The campground is considered very family-friendly, with activities and amenities suitable for all ages. - **Relaxing Atmosphere:** Many visitors appreciate the peaceful environment, especially those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. - **Reservations Recommended:** During peak seasons, it's recommended to reserve a spot in advance, as the campground can get busy, especially on weekends and holidays.

What a serene, beautiful, relaxing and picturesque location. Stayed here a week and loved it. The water is clear as glass and you just can't beat the rolling hills and scenery of Beaver lake. Clean bathrooms and warm friendly camp host. Very close to Eureka Springs. Amazing spot!

Very clean and quiet. Only drawback is, some of the sites are very difficult to maneuver. Camp host is very friendly and helpful. We will return when the park reopens.

Right on the water. Tremendous views all around and the park is very well maintained. The only drawback was the older couple across the road who played loud music until 10:30 pm to accompany several of their loud domestic disagreements. It would be nice if the Rangers would enforce their quiet hours but this is an exception in this area. Otherwise...beautiful.

Crystal clear rocky lakeshore just outside the camper door. Blissful breezes, and lapping waves. Dappled sunlight breaking through the shade of mature trees. Very little boat traffic, especially during the week. If it wasn't for the flies, I'd think this was heaven!

Stayed here many times. Nice large shaded campsites, love the views, and you feel like you’re on the lake. Good breeze, but some sites only have electricity, no water, no full hook ups. They do have several spigots to fill water tanks. Bathhouse on the island is descent, and clean. Wished the shower stayed on longer than 30 seconds and the bench is a little slimy. Convenient boat dock and place to park boat trailer. Lots of grass and nice beach/swim area. Easy water entry from campsite near water. Beaver lake has a nice dive park. Update: Bench’s in showers scrubbed with bleach, so I’m changing my review to 5 stars. Not sure if they read my review? But if they are I do have a couple of suggestions: trash cans at beach/swim areas and maybe a couple around the campgrounds. I find myself picking up other people’s trash and it would be great if I didn’t have to traipse back up to the bathhouse area.
