The place is a wreck. Campers and cars deteriorated all over. You can see spots where campers have been pulled out, and all the crap is still strewn all about. Furniture, tires, clothes all over. Cars and police sirens all night. My fault for not looking into it more - we needed a place to sleep during a weekend of basketball and volleyball tournaments.

This is by far not even close to a resort. It is a glorified RV storage lot in a crappy area of Houston. I would never recommend this as an RV park.
