All staff is very welcoming. Facilities have been very well thought out. Obvious that owners are RV’s - sites easy to park in, spaced out so everyone can enjoy the view. Showers are clean and heated floors were an added treat. We enjoyed the seating area with fire pit. Even had a visit from Clea the camp cat. She made herself at home and provided snuggles at night.

Great stay at Dark Sky! Spent 2 nights there in our Class B RV. Site included a covered area, chairs, lounge chairs, gas fire pit and table. Everything was well appointed and clean, nice tile showers and a great common area with couches, kitchen area and honor system snacks including delicious banana bread. They have thought of everything to give their guests a great stay. Host gave us great tips on local hiking. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

My first time staying at an RV Campground and I feel that I stayed at the best! Anyplace else will be a downgrade. The ground are impeccable. The people are the kindest. Laundry was so clean. Heated floors in the showers. A 24 hour store that is all on your honor system. Goat walks. Fire pits and a shelter at any site. Not crowded And the views! Every night the sunset out on a gorgeous show! I stayed in my Sprinter van in Camp Luxury. Perfection!

We stayed at Dark Sky Campground this past week for one night and were sorry that we could not stay longer. This is a fantastic RV park with a very unique vibe. Lots of great amenities such as heated tile floors in the shower rooms, propane fire pits and pergolas and or shade sails with seating at each site, lots of community space for getting to know the others in the park, beautiful scenery all around. It was a great experience from our initial contact enquiring about sites, through the days before check in, during our stay, and even after we checked out. The communication and service were top notch. Jaye and Ashlie obviously love their work as Camp Hosts, they go all out to be helpful and accommodating. If we are ever in the area again, we plan to spend more time here.

This place is just beyond the best spot. Not only are the views spectacular but all the amenities are done with such special attention to detail. Best campground shower ever!! We enjoyed the public spaces every day! We used the grill to prepare one of our meals and it was so nice to have this space available. Sitting by the pond and enjoying the scenery is so special. This is for sure my happy place!! Thank you to Rick, Meryl and family for creating such a wonderful place!! Jen and Rob Newton

We only had two nights at Dark Sky RV Campground, and I wish it had been longer. We arrived during a gorgeous sunset while a Happy Hour was going on. The spots were spacious with tables, propane fire pit, and shade. The laundry and bathrooms were clean and the bathrooms felt luxurious. Nick would swing by periodically to see if there was anything anyone needed. We definitely recommend staying here!

It isn’t often you arrive to find everything as advertised! Very well run, very clean, very welcoming! Great people, who helped with hikes and local information! The Thursday night social was awesome and a great way for fellow campers to meet! WiFi was the best we have encountered in quite awhile! 5 stars for character and culture! We can not wait to visit again!

Beautiful area and campground that allowed for privacy and room from other campers. Most rv parks that we passed in the area were traditional: sites close together with a fire ring and picnic table, outdoor, lights lining the pathways and large, centralized office areas. This was completely different. We were able to launch from there daily and see the parks, hike, rent electric bikes and then come back to an uncrowded and relaxing campsite. The bathrooms were more of a spa like experience. We rented their propane fire pit and used it nightly as we star gazed. They had a community space that offered great southwestern views that we enjoyed as we sat and drank some wine. Loved it there and would definitely go back!

I love this place so much. The owners check up on you, provide you a number to get ahold of them if you need anything and are so beyond compassionate and caring. One of the best campgrounds we have used and they have everything to fit our needs and our dogs' needs.. We will be back soon! **EDIT** We have been back like four times and it's fantastic every time. Our favorite weekend destination!!

Beautiful Place! Dark Sky sites are large, clean, and everything works beautifully. We have a large coach and have plenty of space. We absolutely enjoy the peace and tranquility the park provides. Meryl and Brittany have created a beautiful design to this park unlike any other RV park we have been to. The bath suites are an experience, large suites with air conditioning, heated floor, and additional private outdoor shower! The sunsets can be fantastic and the stars on a clear night are amazing. What a great place to stay and come back to after a day of hiking or sightseeing.
