Just stopped by Dave's and they appear to be out of business. Sign was removed from the entrance. Campground was deserted. Go to Riverside. Campground host is friendly. Campground is clean and relatively quiet.

We arrived late at night but called ahead and they were up and willing to help when we got there. Would definitely stay here again

Dave's is a jewel with nicely manicured grounds, well designed (big rig friendly pull through) sites, well maintained and clean facilities, a quiet peaceful convenient location, and reasonable rates. Not sure why the poor reviews as we found Dave very kind, accommodating, likable and professional. We stayed on 08.17.16. Coming in as the sun was sinking, we were considering boondocking in an empty parking lot in town but didn't feel good about it. So happy we passed up the parking lots. No doubt our night was much more restful at Dave's RV Park.

Nice camping spot off the highway so it's quieter. Free wifi, common area, and showers. Spotless and well maintained. Owner brought us muffins on the morning!

We stayed here this summer 2015. Upon our departure as we were parked at the side of the office area, our 4 month old chocolate lab puppy jumped out of the passenger side of our truck. As I walked behind to pick him up "dave" who was walking past our truck yelled "get that dog back in that truck" he then proceeded to take three steps towards my puppy and kicked him in the face with extreme force. His face was swollen for 2 days. Beware if you have any animals! We will never stay here again.
