Very strange place to be everybody’s in everybody’s business. I think this guy that works maintenance passed me up about five different times in one day. This place is very in your business. The woman there is very crazy. Called the cops because I was working on my truck the people there are crazy just plainly leave this place quietly and never go back there. Just put it somewhere. You will forget entirely because this place is very sick. Very disgusting very in your business. Very harassment. I mean I couldn’t believe within one short day I mean, I barely got there. I was like two hours in and I was like time to pack up and go cause all this was going on. The cops was called all because I was working on my truck by the way, which was clear what I was doing. This was insane. This place is insane and it should be shut down for safety reasons. Do not go here

Great option for short stay or longer. Friendly management, clean bathroom and showers, well kept grounds. Near lots of outdoor open spaces. Would stay again.

Dayton RV Park is a wonderful destination. Sites are cement for RV and vehicle parking. The managers, Carole and Ric are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Across from the entrance is a super large parking lot and an entrance to Rock Point Ore Mill, the first ore mill with some structures standing. Both are excellent places to walk a dog. Dayton was the location of the first discovery of gold in 1855 in Nevada. Also, Virginia City is six miles away and has a rich historic gold and silver history.

What a lovely little gem! The location was perfect for us. The park is very clean, quiet and friendly. Lot's of full-timers but the ones we met were so kind and their sites were tidy.

We had just an overnight stop but found the staff friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Dog friendly. Lots of full times there but still had a spot for us a 24 ft Thor. Highly recommend stopping if you you need a place while traveling on I 80.
