Moved our son here in August so he could attend school. Great location. North 10 minutes takes you to the heart of Daytona. South is the real gem though. Everything you could want within 2-3 miles. Staff is great. They are looking out for our son and have him in the perfect site. The camp is clean and offers great space for full-timers. Curb trash pickup daily. Plenty of washer/dryers and quarters available on site. Bathrooms are very clean too. The park was pretty full during Daytona Biketober Fest. There were not problems. The staff wants you to enjoy your stay but they don't tolerate trouble. My son has made friends with his neighbors. We heard from several folks it's more like RV Mayberry than a transient RV park. They always have something planned or about to happen.

Very convenient, very clean, everything advertised and more! I gave a 5 to Rooms so not to lower ratings. I brought my own camper. I believe they have cabins. Highly recommend you to take your camper there if you are in the area. Great people! Very helpful!

To crowded campers just about touch each other, and half of the facilities have been broke for almost 3 months !!!

Checked in because we got displaced due to Hurricane Milton, not knowing how long we would need to be there. First site was “sloppy” as it was a low lying grassy area. Moved to a site across the road with a concrete pad and seemed ok until I plugged in and wasps came flying out of the electrical box. Friendly worker sprayed wasp spray into the box to kill the wasps but I think that caused additional problems. Connected to sewer and noticed it was uphill from the site. Needless to say, it didn’t drain well. Electrical seemed to be ok until we returned from running errands to find the master switch flashing for a bit before the rig shut down. Even though we were plugged in and all lights were green indicating power to the rig, we were running off battery power-we had drained the batteries. Decided to leave that first night as we didn’t feel comfortable remaining plugged in. Called the next day to get a refund for the unused portion of our stay (two add’l days) and we were told their policy doesn’t allow for it, even though there were plenty of unused and available sites. One would think they’d be a little more understanding in light of the hurricane and uncertainty of being able to return home. Apparently not. Would not recommend as a destination or even a stop-over.
