I had the pleasure of ordering a radial arm for my arctic cat wildcat 1000 from Alex. I brought the part I needed and he began to show me the replacement parts online asking me Wich one. I explain not sure and brought the part I needed as reference with a photo of it on my arctic. He said it wouldn’t matter and said it’s all the same. I explained I’m not sure as I brought the damaged part for reference. He ordered my part and demanded payment upfront and I paid him. A week later my part comes in and it’s the wrong part. He says he will refund but steals 15%. Alex should have done more cross referencing or even measured my part as the new part was 2” to short. I thought I’d try these guys as they were closer. Horrible experience.
