Pros : large showers , covered pool (never used) , offers full hook ups Cons: hook ups are left and right and extra far away from the middle of your spot. Laundry is cash only but put on a pre paid card. No ATM on sight. Rude staff, Good Sam recommended from 1960's ? Im sure this place thriving with thier all year residents not short stay friendly

I’m writing this review as I sit at this place. I want to point out the number one reason I’m writing this review is the laundry. But there is a list much longer than just the laundry. How they can make it so difficult for a person to be able to do their laundry is actually incredible. They expect you to carry around cash specifically five dollar bills, And then you have to purchase a card that will have money left over on it no matter which way you go about it. It feels like a damn scam and purposeful. I just needed to simply get my laundry done before we On Monday. But no because I’m not walking around with pockets full of cash in five dollar bills and the office isn’t open and there isn’t an ATM to be able to get cash in order to break the bills in order to use their laundry. What a joke, I will never recommend nor come back ever for any reason. Not to mention when we first got here the way the lot is set up is gotta be the stupidest. I’ve seen in a very long time, and I’m traveling the whole country. You got sewer 10 feet to your RV off the left side and water 10 feet to the right on the opposite side and power behind you 20 feet. Gotta be the worst layout I’ve ever seen.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at De Anza RV resort. It’s convenient to Green Valley and all GV has to offer, but also close to wonderful day trips to Patagonia Lake, Tubac, Sonoita wine country, and Mexico to name a few. If you enjoy bicycling or hiking in the mountains you will also enjoy this location.

Plato's Cave

Absolutely love this park. Every amenity you could want. Great managers, and very friendly residents. 30 minutes to the border or Tucson. 10 minutes to all the shopping you'll need. Beautiful scenery, quiet and clean. Stay here and I promise you won't regret it.

Have visited DeAnza RV Resort numerous times over the last ten years and love the activities at the park and all the nearby attractions. The area is filled with history and unique shopping. The park is central to everything you could ask for. Have always enjoyed the pool, Pickle ball, workout area and many of the social activities. Highly recommend whether for a one night stop or the snowbird season.

Impeccably clean & attractive RV park. The best place to stay while visiting southern AZ. It's located between Green Valley & Tubac. Super friendly management.

Couldn't love it more! Great views, great people and great culture! Great place for a weekend getaway in the summer. Cooler than Phoenix and no traffic jams to get here like there are when heading north in the summer!

We stop here regularly as we prepare to cross the border to snowbird in Mexico. The full utility sites make preparing the RV for winter storage helpful and efficient. The generously spaced RV sites provide privacy and comfort. Although we rarely utilize the amenities of the resort, it's nice that they are available. There aren't any rooms that I'm aware of. We certainly didn't use them if they are offered. Although the daily rate is at a premium, we appreciate the easy highway access and ability to get underway early in the morning.

We stayed a week here while visiting family in Green Valley. The RV sties are big and level. The facility was clean and quiet. The resort just changed ownership and expect new upgrades to the resort. I would definitely stay here again, overall a great RV resort.

What a great place. Lots of big spaces, huge park for walking, 3 different dog areas, clean showers and laundry room. Very happy. Our spot (82) is on the corner and came with a shaded table patio! All the folks here were friendly. WiFi not good, but will stay again.

This place has pretty much everything! It used to be an old dog race track building...a room for anything you could think of for an RV park! Good roads, stone sites but level...all in all very good!

Just a 2 night stay. All the facilities well maintained. Easy to get to Mexico or Tucson from here.
