Very hilly. Like others say, nice heated bathrooms and heated cabin. Wish they would update the doors. You pull a string to lift the inside leaver and there is a key to lock the cabin. Didn't use a pump out so I am not sure about that. Very friendly and helpful staff

We stay every ☀️ summer. Can't say enough about how accommodating they are! Friendly helpful staff! Quite clean. Hot showers!! I think this is my favorite KOA. Has many hidden gems beyond the view's. It's the great management really makes this place 10 out of 10 🙌

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week during the Sturgis bike rally in our camper and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was so friendly and the amenities were clean and easy to access. Definitely will be back.

First of all this KOA is very tight in room . We were on 2nd level and people coming in were inches away from our trailer trying to get in their spot. The KOA is built on side of mountain and has little room to spare . Our spot #39 but we were given #38 was very wet and muddy from rain from mountain run off. Also the stone were RV was parked on was very finely crushed stone which tracked into RV very easily. Hosts were very friendly but honesty we will not return . I think there are better value campgrounds near Deadwood that would be better choices .

This is a great KOA site! Gary and his wife are such great hosts! We loved the free open air and the free roaming wildlife. The donkeys came to visit and we saw deer and lots of lil sneaky chipmunks. The pool was great! The laundry room had a change machine. Just a perfect stop. This was our second and I’m betting a third and more in the future!!
