Stopped by for renting some tubes. Tubes were $8, very clean and sturdy! It took about 5 mins to get to the parking area in the National park. They have plastic strings for tying the tubes, it was helpful. The staffs were friendly and informative!

Deep Creek Campground is mine and my wife's favorite campground. It's in the beautiful smokey mountains and on a gorgeous creek. The camp sites are clean and powered and the bath houses are also clean. The staff is awesome and very friendly. We love the place and camp there twice a year.

We drove down from northwest Indiana and stayed in a primitive campsite right up on the creek. There are laundry and bath houses on site. We had a very comfortable stay. Next time we’ll check out one of the roomy cabins, they look nice!

First time guest, camped for 4 nights… location was great for getting to tube the creek, short distance to the town - so cute ! Restaurants and local shopping. Would highly recommend and I can see more trips in our future !

DCTC&C is a quiet campground nestled in the woods bordered by Deep Creek. Their many campsites and cabins offer something for everyone. My group of a dozen or so guys enjoy three nights of wholesome fun and frivolity in the spring, with so many things to do during the day. We're in our 50s-60s, so cabins suit us best. The camp website provides a great description and pictures of each.

Loved the campground and site except when those who are near you don’t want to follow the rules. We had campers appear all around us, supposedly together, who ran generators until 10:00 p.m., children on skateboards (not allowed), dogs not on a leash, and children running through your campsite with flash lights and screaming at dark. I’m all for children having fun but not in your camp site and when lights are constantly shining through your windows. We even had adults trampling through our camp site headed to the bathroom when there is a perfectly paved road and path that leads to it. Camping is supposed to be fun and peaceful for ALL. Where is the camping etiquette I’ve heard so much about and are the camp grounds being monitored anymore?

Staff: friendly Location: excellent, very close to the city and national park Facilities: decent overall, maybe good if renting cottage. For tenting, the area was nice in general, though it felt like primitive campsite as there was no water faucet in the area and even the bathhouse had no electrical outlets. The hot water turned cold in 2 minutes and then only cold water was available for shower. Activities: gem mining & tubing was closed for the season, goat petting was open. You could try and book the campsites in national park area and maybe better off in terms of facilities.

Absolutely loved this place. Rented River otter cabin which was within steps to the creek!! Was able to listen to the Creek 24/7. Amazing sound!!! I have absolutely no complaints. The cabin was super clean!! The staff was very helpful and polite!! Loved feeding the goats. Very convenient to Town. Will absolutely be staying here again and in the same cabin!!!

Facility is very clean, we loved the playground and feeding the goats. I liked that they had tubes for rent at the campground which was convenient but I would recommend getting them from down the road because the adult tubes don't have a back on them. Which would make your tubing experience much better! Overall loved the campground! We will be back!
