This place is an eyesore and a headache to the community that is fed up with its nonsense. Nothing but drug activity in and out throughout the day. Random yelling, cursing, and fighting between tenants and also their visitors. Broken down cars left in yards. And an ongoing trash problem from lazy tenants who throw their trash to the dumpster and missing, then leaving it on the ground to get blown into the neighboring fields and properties. The owner obviously doesn’t care to correct the problem.

Pretty damn nice with the exception of the driveway needs to be redone. The potholes are terrible.
