Family owned facility. Neat and clean. Well maintained. In spite of a plethora of rules they allowed some guests to play music too loud during normal hours impacting the peace for other campers. The location was the reason for our visit very close to All Star Village.

This campground was an excellent experience, especially for those attending the CASV baseball tournament. It would be a long walk from the site, but very short drive and convenient to the parking area. Sites were clean and level. Pool and grounds all well kept. The reservation system is a little bit of a challenge, especially long periods prior to stay. Otherwise, great overall experience. Great brewery close by, about 40ish min to Cooperstown proper. Full hook up site at a really good price.

Great for a family of 4. Clean cabins, pool and jumpy pillow. Location is amazing right around the corner from cooperstown all star village. Beautiful view in the morning. We had cabin 2 and it on a hill . I loved going outside and being able to smell flowers.
