First impressions are typically correct and this experience was great! Neat, organized and clean. Upon entering the office the cleanliness was obvious and the owners were both present. The woman that greeted me was just like the grandmother you envisioned, kind, cheerful, witty and sharp minded. They have everything from the pool to spit cleaned bathrooms without one cobweb to boot. The deer are continually making their rounds. Outstanding privately owned spot. Bruce

This is a wonderful campground! The park itself is beautiful, with deer and will turkeys roaming, and very nice trees and green grass. Obviously well cared-for. Ann, the person who greeted me, was very friendly and showed me to my site. All amenities were top notch, and on top of that the park-wide WiFi was ripping fast with no bottlenecks! Certainly would stay here again.

We stopped here on our way from Yellowstone to South Dakota. Unfortunately the Custer State Park was closed so there wasn’t really anything for us to do so we spent a day just relaxing at the RV and this was the perfect spot. It’s very nice and green with plenty of shade. They have a walking trail that our dog really liked. The host couple are very sweet and helped us choose the perfect site. There was a turkey family that we enjoyed watching.

Highly recommend. We stayed over night on our trip home. Close to the highway, easy access, spacious lots, very clean and peaceful. We didn't get to use the pool unfortunately. The host Kurt was very cordial . There is a Loves nearby.

We loved this park! We only stayed one night as it was a good stopping pount on our trip. I was very pleasantly surprised. The owners were so sweet, the park was well maintained, clean and the spots were very spacious. Quiet and lots of trees! I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice quiet place to relax.

Such a cute rv park!! Such a treat not being packed in like sardines and actually having room to relax and carry on a conversation without also hearing your neighbors conversations. Will definitely make this place one of our permanent stops during our travels. The young gal who took our reservation over the phone was very polite and I do believe she also checked us in on arrival. Mosquitoes were out in force so be sure and have some spray.

This is a hidden Gem. Family owned & all staff are very helpful & friendly. The sites were big enough for a 45' coach and tow. We have to say one of the best RV parks we've stayed at.

Absolutely beautiful park! Well maintained, nice sized sites, easy to get to from the Interstate. We had a two night reservation and, due to a mechanical emergency, had to extend our stay until we could be towed! Kirk worked hard and sorted through many reservations and found space to accommodate us. CJ escorted us to our site and ensured we were settled. Both helped ease our stressful situation. We definitely recommend visiting this campground.

This property appears to have been a KOA in the past. Pull through, full-hookup sites. Small (very clean) pool. Well-kept grounds and friendly staff. Aptly named because we have seen deer every time we have driven in or out. We spent two nights (site 28). Easy in and out from I-90 or I-25. Quaint small-town for food/fuel or groceries. Highly recommend this campground for a break along your route.

On a cross country road trip and experiencing break downs with our 1990 Vanagon. Deer Creeks extremely friendly staff put us at a site where our cantankerous camper could more easily be towed. The restrooms were clean with a great layout providing ample hooks and shower privacy. A great steakhouse and Mountain Meadow Wool factory with tours/gift shop are within walking distance. Also got to see deer scampering around at dusk. Would choose to stay here again!
