Deer Run really cares about you. The communication from management is excellent. My home was spotless when I moved in. The property is in the process working to improve Deer Run. The units are either new or 1-3 years old. They are doing to work to install pipes for drainage of rain to avoid flooding. We will be getting the roads paved. Future plans to add pickle ball court, a second playground plus other other things. They also called me a couple of weeks after moving they called to see how I was doing. My experience has been great. I would recommend Deer Run for you to live. Come yourself to see!

Have lived at Deer Run for almost 3 years. It has changed a lot in the 3 years we’ve lived here and the progress is great. Looking forward to seeing it completed with everything it has to offer. Great communication with the office and staff. Love that it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and lots of fun activities.

Caitlin was so helpful and professional. She made the experience of obtaining our new home so easy. I was worried about so many things but she had the answers to everything and worked with us to help us make the transition to our new home. I highly recommend checking out Deer Run and their awesome office staff.

The community manager Caitlin is amazing. Very responsive to questions or concerns. The home we lived in fantastic. Sits on a big corner lot and we loved it. UMH takes great pride in their properties. They’ve really turned Deer Run around. If you’re thinking about it, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. I know I’m not.

This place has the worst ran management I have ever seen. The property manager is never in the office. She’s literally always at some kind of appointment. Even when she’s in the office she never picks up the phone. Very unprofessional! Please don’t waste your time with this half ran place.
