Great Campground. Not a ton of shade, but with our own shade tents, we didn't feel we needed more. Lots of space between spots so we didn't feel right on top of our neighbors. The host was awesome! We had a small storm burst come through that scared our two little ones. So while we were battening down the tents and making sure things didn't fly away....thanks to some help from neighbors... she brought our little kids to her trailer and entertained them through the 15 minute storm. There is a beach access. Its a little walk. And the boat launch is the next outlet down the road. The water was a bit cold. But that's to be expected in the northern mountains.

Great place , the hosts were so very awesome. The water is perfect. The boat launch is not very far away and you can bring your boat right to the camp, and if you don't want to leave it in the water there is room for it at your camp site.

Nice views of lake. Sparse vegetation. Guy in site next to me constantly telling obscenities at his dog and played his radio outside until 1am. Seemed to be friends with camp host, as they chatted for about a half hour the day before. Maybe that camp host should be around the camp a bit and do a stroll at 10pm to see if people are following quiet hours.

We just stayed at piney Campground by Georgetown lake in anaconda and had a great week. Camp host was outstanding! Bathrooms were always clean and camp host was very friendly and accommodating. He made several rounds a day checking on campers and if there was anything we needed he was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this campground. We also enjoyed seeing 2 bull moose nightly in our campground as they were in the lake swimming
