Very nice RV Park/Resort. It is clean, well maintained and modern. The RV spaces have plenty of room and the facilities are clean. It is a great value for the price.

Del Pueblo is a great place to stay for a few days or months. If you are a friendly person you will find them friendly if you're an unfriendly person you will probably find them unfriendly , but it is a great place Lots of activities and a good cafe. We love it.

Really enjoyed the stay. It's 55+ which has pet free areas as well as pet areas. Lots amenities and things going on. It's clearly mostly folks there for the weather and the community. Most are repeat visitors and everyone seems to know everyone. Clearly a life style. If I have anything I didn't like it is that the sites don't have a clear parking area. We were unsure of where we should park our vehicle, our site was fairly tight. I was either parking in the backyard of one side or the front yard of the other. Everything was gravel except for a small patch of concrete. But some sites were clearly better (bigger) than others. Price was fair and everything was clean and taken care of. Laundry room was clean and reasonable. Showers were so so but good. Heated pool, two Jacuzzi's, pickleball, shuffle board and many others. I would go back for sure.

This is our 2nd winter here and our last. It's a very clean RV Resort with many activities and in January/ February hundreds of people. The dog park was the worst issue. Due to us having two black labs (one of the friendliest breeds) other dog owners can get nasty and scared our dogs will attack them. Our dogs have played in different dog parks with all kinds of dogs for their lifetime of 7 years and gets along fine. Some older park residents grab their little dogs and should bring their small dogs in the small dog park. The large dog park is a park for all dogs to be off lease which does not happen often. Surprisingly in their rules of the park it states NO DOG FENCES AROUND RVs. We see many dog fences around RVs Also beware this is not a gated community. At our time there for six months at least two times e-bikes were stolen. We were located in the back up section on the south wall. Horrible, horrible street traffic all day and at night. The day we left and went to a different park -pure silence! Because of the location of the electric and water hookups we could not back up using the extra 8 feet of space. Our 42 ft motorhome extended slightly onto the road. Our front window faces the road and so many times people walk by and we can see their heads inches from our rig. Very irritating. Number one is Josyln and Chris are fantastic in the office with great customer service skills.
