This is our 2nd winter here and our last. It's a very clean RV Resort with many activities and in January/ February hundreds of people. The dog park was the worst issue. Due to us having two black labs (one of the friendliest breeds) other dog owners can get nasty and scared our dogs will attack them. Our dogs have played in different dog parks with all kinds of dogs for their lifetime of 7 years and gets along fine. Some older park residents grab their little dogs and should bring their small dogs in the small dog park. The large dog park is a park for all dogs to be off lease which does not happen often. Surprisingly in their rules of the park it states NO DOG FENCES AROUND RVs. We see many dog fences around RVs Also beware this is not a gated community. At our time there for six months at least two times e-bikes were stolen. We were located in the back up section on the south wall. Horrible, horrible street traffic all day and at night. The day we left and went to a different park -pure silence! Because of the location of the electric and water hookups we could not back up using the extra 8 feet of space. Our 42 ft motorhome extended slightly onto the road. Our front window faces the road and so many times people walk by and we can see their heads inches from our rig. Very irritating. Number one is Josyln and Chris are fantastic in the office with great customer service skills.

My husband and I stayed at this RV park this last weekend. We just purchased our TT and have only boondocked 3 times so it was our first hook up. The park was very clean with tons of amenities. Special shout out to MIKE who made us feel very welcome, assisted us with the hook up and even gave us a part for the sewer that was left out of the box. He showed us how to check the propane and gave us many tips. We learned a lot. THANK YOU! The neighbors were all very friendly. Loved that it was easy to find and pull through. Very roomy spaces. Will definitely stay there again! 💛 Felix and Nikki

The park is absolutely perfect. The hot tubs and pool were excellent. The cafe has limited hours but the food was perfect. They have 2 dog parks. Lots of activities going on. The rv space was more than ample to handle my trailer and tow vehicle. All utility hook up connections perfect. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The WiFi is a bit tricky. The cell tower seems to be overloaded, for 5G. They do have a broadband network that you can purchase. Price seemed reasonable. I would definitely return to this location in the future. I wish I could rate it at 9 stars. Highly recommend. Oh! The park models are beautiful. Very well maintained. The people really take pride in them.

I was here for a visit. Took a tour of the facilities, top notch. 6 pickleball. 7 shuffleboard, 2 bochieball, 4 pool tables, and a large activities room with stage. Nice Park. See the video I made on YouTube channel Coolest Life.

Park is beautiful I just wish they would had been a little more specific on their pet walking policy when I made our reservations. I specifically asked them if we could walk our dog in the park because we walk every morning. They said you can walk them anywhere except the two streets that say no pets. We’ve been here 2 mos & I just found out this am that you can only walk your dog in the middle of the street and not off to the side. I trained my dog when he was a puppy to walk on the cement strip on the side of the blacktop especially in the heat because it’s not as hot on their feet as the blacktop. The pet policy that your given when you check in does state this but I would had never made reservations to come here if I had known this. We won’t be back after this

Chose this RV Park for it's many amenities; unfortunately, they were all closed with no explanation as to why. No Pool, no dog run, no horse shoes, no tennis courts, all were locked up. While walking my dog & on my cell phone, I let my dog walk on a 3 foot section of grass by the office. Two employees felt it was very important to interrupt my phone call and tell me to keep my dog off their grass by the office. Rude, won't be back, wouldn't recommend.

The owners and workers are amazingly nice! Our check in was very efficient and they stayed past closing time to allow us to time to get there. We enjoyed our stay so much, I wish it had been for more than 1 night! The community is layed very well, the spaces are large and level. The community has a pool and hot tub, laundry and pickle ball courts. The dog run was really large and worked out well for our big dog to get some activity. We went to breakfast at the rec center before we pulled out and it was delicious! Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful resort, we will be back!

Wonderful clean park with very friendly people. Staff very nice and helpful. Lots of room between neighbors. We drive a 32-ft sunseeker and pull a small Jeep. Lots of room!

Really nice park. Big sites, full hookups with cable in some. Close to the Airbase so plane fly over a lot and orchards are next to the park so some spraying and burning at times, but seasonal.

This is an awesome campground. Very clean. Large sites friendly employees. Able to get breakfast and lunch there or even a haircut...manicure...pedicure or massage. Rare at most campgrounds. I would have given 5 stars but upsetting that the pool has water activities at prime swim time. Most resorts have these in the mornings. The main pool is unusable during those times which seems to be most days. The small pool is to small to actually swim.
