Off the highway with directional signs not even a turtle would get lost. The campground runs with the owners working the business. Well run organized, very clean overall. Rates are good and a peaceful place to spend the night or a week. Small water brook runs along side with a nighttime peaceful sound. Good electric and water with an ez dump station. The office has supplies and check in is a breeze. Don't miss this last hold out where the owners running the show.

After spending nine years in a seasonal private campground, my wife and I began spending summers hauling our camping trailer from Western NY to various sites, primarily state parks in NY and PA. We had never visited a KOA but we booked a three night stay here as it was fairly centrally located to our daughters’ families, coming in from Philadelphia and Amherst MA. They stayed in one of the cabins and in a tent. Lots of pleasant surprises here, the rural setting, clean campsites, SUPER owners, and other campers (Including seasonals) who are mature, respectful and, at night, quiet! The pool is terrific and there are activities like bingo and a potluck dinner. It seems that the owners and their staff have unlimited energy to keep the place well maintained and running right. Thank you, Unadilla KOA, We’ll be back!

Your experience at this KOA will vary depending on your desired camping experience and site choice. Some are extremely cramped, some are gorgeous and right next to the creek. Lots of seasonal campers have taken the lots with good views and space. Our site was so small we didn’t even feel comfortable having a fire. If you book and are hoping for privacy, look for a spot on the creek or along the edges. We were disappointed we chose this site/campground for a multi-day stay, but would have been okay with it as a 1-nighter.

I have mixed reviews on this campground. The good kind of canceled out the bad. Campground is small the campsites are very close together. I would say the campground needs a little bit of maintenance to take care of some issues fist is the bathroom were some what clean their was areas that need a little attention. The showers were not working correctly. Even though the shower heads were changed the second day we were there. Water flow wasn't even enough to rinse soap off your body never mind trying to wash your hair. The pool was very dirty and needed cleaning. I'm not talking daily leaves or dirt that might get in. Their was multiple spots of bird shit in the deep end that had been there for a while. Another down side was there was no place that I had found to dishes. Quite time ?? What is that the motohome 4 sites up from us were still going strong at 2:30 in the morning. The creek side sites were nice to sit out by the fire. The little pond to fish out front was ok. And kept us entertained for awhile. The Saturday activities were a nice touch. The band was very good and played longer than advertised witch wasn't a bad thing. The micro brew truck was ok for people who are into that. Would I stay at this campground aigan. I don't know probably. Would I recommend it to people. Probably not but if someone was saying they were camping here. I wouldn't tell them not to. I guess when the 2 biggest reason that we stay in a campground is bathroom/shower and pool or swimming area and when that is pretty much all your offer then I think they fell a little bit short.

Wonderful stay for our family and a great experience for our grandkids first camping trip. We were so thankful for the friendly and supportive help we received when our vehicle broke down and it was super easy to just relax at the campsite while waiting for repairs. WE even booked a second night in one of the super sweet cabins while we waited for repairs. Thanks a million for your non-stop help!
