Want to go to the Dells but don't want to have the constant noise afterwards? This is the place to be. About 15 minutes away from the main strip, it provides peace and quiet while keeping you close enough to hit all the events at the Dells. Everything is super clean, the restaurant has great food, the owners and staff are awesome.

Went for the first time over the 4th of July. Beautiful and huge campground. Bathrooms and public areas were the cleanest I've seen at any campground. The staff (all family, I believe) were all incredible and friendly. We rented a golf cart and so glad we did, so we could cruise around checking the place out. Excellent food at the bar/restaurant. Lots of activities, clean pool, you name it. My family will be back for sure. Thank you for the great experience and stay! Loved every inch of this place!

We had a family reunion of around 25 people and the group site was great. Cabin rentals were good and their motorhome rental was neat. Bathrooms were clean but aged. Nights were very quiet. Staff were kind, visible and prompt when needed. The map is very deceiving. The distance from office to pond is .3 miles. Nice golf carts available for rental.

Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived after a 10 hour drive. Very clean grounds. Can tell they work hard to keep it up and are making a ton of improvements. Had fun activities on the weekends. Food was really good in the bar! We had the fish. Very reasonably priced for full hookup. It's a hilly place so a bit hard for my kids to ride their bikes but that was ok, they just walked to the pool and stuff. Very big campground and I thought the sites were quite spacious . Definitely have talked about staying here again because we want to come back to the Dells to explore the area more and all they have to offer.

This was an absolute gem of a campground. Beautiful spacious sites with new cement pads, new fireplace, new sod, new picnic tables. Nice pool, bar and grill and really nice family owned and operated campground. Marge was a joy to speak with. If we're ever in this area again, we will stay here at Dells camping resort. Thank you, for a wonderful experience.

A fun campground. Not too big, not too small, just right. And just right outside of the Dells.

I have been a seasonal site for 6 years 3 years before the new owners. Yes there is golf carts that drive around which let’s be honest they are great to get around and meet new and existing campers! I unfortunately don’t own one but it is a welcoming experience to wave hello to other campers. This is not a constant occurrence by any means! It’s a family campground to let everyone have a good time! The one star reviews are terrible and must be part of a group that wanted to be a reviewer once in there life! Yes this campground might not be for everyone, but everyone is different and has different needs and wants! I enjoy everyone here and have never seen the owners drunk let alone have 1 beer! Try this campground out, because let’s face it the only way for somebody to have a honest review is to try it on there own. And not just review the negative!

Wonderful, family oriented campground! Owners are constantly making improvements all over the campground. - Inflatables in the pond - Lounge chairs for the pond - Jump pad for kids - New tent sites - New cottages with beautiful decks We first toured last summer and quickly paid for a new seasonal site for this summer! Our site is wonderful and Bert took so much time to walk the site with us and set our trailer and shed where we would like. The staff are always visible and work hard to make DCR a great place. We had gone to eat at the bar with our daughters (7 & 8 ½) early on this season and it was later in the evening. There were some other adults in bar having a good time and threw some F bombs! Being in bar I wasn’t upset and the words went right over our girls head, but Brian immediately asked them to stop using that language and they did! All the other seasonal campers we have met - have been so welcoming and watch out for girls and know what site they are from. We were at another area campground as seasonal campers (for 3 years) and nothing was ever fixed when it was broken. If you were buddies with the managers the rules didn’t apply to you! Hardly ever saw the owners - and they never followed up on any emails I sent stating our concerns.

What a fun, calm, and family friendly spot to get away, yet still be in Wisconsin Dells!! We have enjoyed the welcoming staff, and the family friendly atmosphere at every stay. The bathhouses are clean. The whole campground is well kept and very spacious. This campground is a whole family operation it clearly shows from all of the care everyone gives to every detail! I love the fact that I feel safe letting my children roam and visit the parks and pool while meeting other children. From the moment you check in, grab a bite to eat, set up camp, take a dip in the pond or pool, and interact in their weekend events, you feel at home. This campground has also just built 7 new cottages, and has developed new tent sites, right on the water, as well as having 4 cabins on the waterfront too. And the pull through spots - are huge and will fit any size rig!! If you are looking for someplace to have fun with little ones, friends, or family. This is definitely a Wisconsin Dells staple to check out!!!

When we planned our trip to the Dells we decided that we did not want to stay in a place where we were in the thick of the Dells experience. We wanted something that was further away and quiet so we found this campground and my wife and I loved the fact that they had new cabins with some modern amenities. The cabin we stayed in was very nice it had air conditioning as well as heat, a full size refrigerator, stove top and shower. Some people reviewed that it was smaller than they thought, what do you expect it’s a cabin. We liked that we could go into the Dells and spend the day and come back and have quiet time, grill out on the grill and have a campfire. You can tell there’s a lot of activity with the owners updating the place, they were constantly out every day adding rock to the roads, newer fencing and of course the addition of cottages and new playground equipment. The store and the bar and grill were nice to have available although we didn’t use them. The kids enjoyed the pool although the weather was unseasonably cool. Some of the seasonal campers stopped p by while I was fishing and offered some tips which was helpful. There were a lot of people riding around on golf carts but that’s to be expected for seasonal campers and there are golf carts that are available to rent. I was happy to see that the staff were riding through in the evening checking on things and being available. If we have the Dells on our list again for vacation we will definitely come back. Also we stayed during the week which was much quieter and we like that as opposed to being there on the weekend when it may be crowded with more people.
