DeQueen Lake - COE/Pine Ridge

DeQueen Lake COE Pine Ridge is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) lake located in the Ouachita Mountains of southwestern Arkansas. The lake is located in Sevier County, near the town of De Queen. The lake was created in the early 1960s by the construction of a dam on the Little River, a tributary of the Red River. The lake is a popular destination for fishing, boating, camping, and other outdoor activities. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and other species. The lake also has a variety of wildlife, including deer, turkey, and waterfowl. The lake is surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest, providing visitors with plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.
